Sorry to hear about ur gain but try n stay positive. We all have up n down wk's but we can't lose every wk, not realistic. get back on track today n next work that 2lb all b gone forever :) x
 
Thanks all. I am back on it. This weekend was a disaster. I drank some vodka with a mate on Friday night and ended up eating 3 bits of takeaway pizza. I figured I ballsed it up so ate what I wanted to this weekend and lo and behold I am 2lbs heavier as a result. I also used a lot of my points early in the week so didn't have much leeway for damage over the weekend, therefore I won't be using my weeklies during the week if I can help it. Certainly, drinking wine midweek did a lot of unnecessary damage.

I hate that I have to worry so much about what I eat...I just want to be a normal person and stay thin :(

B: Toast, spread and marmite. Tinned pears and 1 ww yogurt. - 4
L: 1 ww wrap, slice wafer thin ham (proper ham, counting this as 1), ww salad cream, lettuce and 10 black olives (1). WW country veg soup (2). 1 ww yogurt and fruit. - 8
Dinner: 3 quorn fillets, veg stew and couscous. - 10
Snack - 1 ww hot choc - 1

Feeling weird today. A neighbour of mine who was a known addict died in my street today, been police everywhere and all sorts of dramas going on. Isla poorly with cough, cold and a temperature so it's all systems go here :faint2:
 
Thanks Jaly. When I say he died in my street, I mean literally, in the car park! There were police and forensics everywhere, the road was shut off and my neighbour and her 4 year old daughter found him. It's bloody awful. He was not a nice man and we had lots of problems with him and his girlfriend on the estate since they moved in; they should never have been housed on a family estate. We had old bill here last night as all the local druggies turned up to pay respects to him but mostly to get pissed with his gf who ended up running round the estate screaming and effing and blinding at the top of her lungs. Praying they move her now as none of us need this on our doorsteps at all :sigh:

L: WW wrap (3), half tin of tuna with extra light mayo (2pp), grated carrot and shredded onion...sort of a home-made coleslaw! Tin ww carrot and lentil soup (2pp). Half a melon. 1 ww yogurt. - 8
D: Grilled gammon steak (7pp), salad and savoury rice (6pp). WW salad cream. - 13pp

Gone into my weeklies slightly there but need to use up this gammon! Got steak later on in the week so will save some points for that. Also having a big family lunch at the weekend so defo need some points for that :)

dnt feel down hun about having to watch what u eat, theyre might b these 'naturally' thin girls out there but that doesnt say theyre healthy! one of my friends is gawjus lovely figure but she eats rubbish her and her partner dnt cook n have kfc's take aways or ready meals ALL the time so one day it will catch up on her!
my weeks a write off i no i will of put 3lb plus on this week as had a naughty weekend and an eventful week!
hope isla is ok lucas isnt wekk at the minute either!!

Just want to plan tomorrow's as I picked up a jar of peking lemon sauce for stir fries yesterday and was surprised to see it was quite high in points, so want to work out how I can eat it with lowest damage.

Well dinner was a disaster. Don't buy peking lemon sauce from Sainsburys, it is tasteless and horrible :( I couldn't even eat it, which is saying something for me :( So, I picked out the quorn pieces and had about a bite of two of rice, going to count it as 3. My neighbour has ordered dominos pizza to our flat so when it comes I am going to eat 2 slices of meateor, which I am counting at 8 points each. I have just eaten a raw carrot, and if I'm still hungry after that I will have an apple! What a weird dinner :eek:

So total for today is 35 :(
