Sorry to hear about ur gain but try n stay positive. We all have up n down wk's but we can't lose every wk, not realistic. get back on track today n next work that 2lb all b gone forever x

S: 3 single shots vodka, 1 large glass wine. Shared crisps at the table for quiz night! - 13
