Definitely try the bread - i dont use it any more but was a life saver initially:)

Been so busy this week so not had a chance to catch up - up until midnight last night as had to look after friends little boy while her hubby took her to A&E (netball injury - see exercise is no good for you lol) - off out tonight for our Partylite New Catalogue Launch (Im also a PL consultant - no rest for the wicked) but its weigh day tomorrow so I will be having a lay in and then weighing then coming on here to catch up x
Hope you all had a good week!
Will try the bread recipe as well tomorrow I think

Well weighed in this morning - another 4lbs off! yay me!

Go you....Atkins obviously suits you big time you must be well chuffed :) 19lb in a month that's so fantastic ....just out of curiosity do you count your cals ? As well and try to stick to a certain amount asking this when I did it last month after the first week u tried to stick to 1200 roughly a day....this time I'm not taking any notice of my calorie amount xx

19lb!!!!, that is great, you must be down nearly 2 sizes,

Trousers are getting very loose tops fitting better but still not lost a size in tops yet :(

I know what you mean about trousers getting loose before you see a difference in the tops. I have the same problem, weight always goes from the bottom up. I am quite happy with my legs and bum but need to loose more from the waist up. I don't think I have ever said, does my bum look big in this, it usually do my boobs look hugh in this...lol

Can someone give me Katie's Flax Bread Recipe - been searching but there are so many recipes

Flax bread

Dissolve one teaspoon Splenda in 80ml bowl warm (40C) water.
Sprinkle on 1 sachet quick yeast.
Leave for ~10 mins to get bubbly.
Mix 1 cup golden flax meal with 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Beat 3 eggs with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add egg mixture to flax and mix well.
Add yeast mixture and mix well.
Put into silicon loaf tin (or other)
Leave for 10 mins to rise a bit.

Either
Cook in microwave for ~5 mins.
When you turn it out, should be more or less dry on the bottom. If
not, I usually microwave upside down for another minute.

Or
Bake in oven at 180-200 until done (sorry forgotten timing) - it comes out much better than microwavedd

Treat as normal loaf of bread ie slice when needed- makes great very filling sandwiches - and lasts me a couple of days. Doesn't have that eggy flavour of mims

Whole loaf is 8-9 net carbs(depending on flax used). I assume it's six servings of two slices. So 1.5 ish a serving maybe

I often freeze in batches and then just toast for breakfast

Enjoy

Hopefully this works...

Fab thank ml x

Just ordered some yeast with my shopping so will be making these tomorrow xx

Well in Norfolk for father in laws 65th birthday having roast dinner minus the non Atkins stuff. Only giving in to the gravy but will be good for rest of day x

Well done ...that's the hardest meal I think I love roast dinners and doesn't feel fair when the others are tucking into roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding lol have a great time xx

They also had apple pie and ice cream - me black coffee lol

Well done on the will power, I live roast dinners.

Celeriac! I don't miss potato and parsnip too much as long as I have some roast celeriac.

I am going to try to get some celeriac to try, i used to do roast turnip and turnip chips when i did Atkins before
