Everyday's a SW day...take two! :)

evenin' all :D

just on quickly to post today's eats....

Breakfast:
mango, blackberries, banana, strawbs, melon, bloobs and a mango danio yog over the top
handful of almonds

Lunch:
piece of baguette with tuna, cucumber and lettuce - this was delicious, been so long since i had crusty bread, really enjoyed it

Snack:
hifi bar

Dinner:
roast chicken, mashed potatoes, carrot and suede mash, brocolli and gravy
strawberries and blackberries with a wee spray of skooshy cream

going to have 1 celebration chocolate and 1 miniature hero chocolate and some crisps/popcorn when i settle down

not a bad day today either :) x

oooh i've been a hungry one today...

Breakfast:
carrot oats with banana and raisins

Snack:
chopped banana with danio

Lunch:
sandwich thins with ham, a slice of cheese and salad
few spoonfuls of sw "mousse"

Snack:
puffed wheat

Dinner:
baked potato with some grated cheese, prawns and salad

snacked on almonds in the morning at work too! dunno why i'm so hungry..plenty protein so thought that would've helped?? :confused: ach well eh!

gonna have a rocky road hifi and a chocolate with some popcorn when i settle :D

quick post with today's food

Breakfast:
crumpets with banana
handful of almonds

Snack:
overnight oats with blackberries, blueberries, strawbs, raspberries

Lunch:
meatball pasta bake...a freezer surprise! lol
tangerine

Snack:
yog and a nectarine

Dinner:
egg wrap with quorn sausage, shredded wheat with fruit

so pretty much looking like i'm having EE days with a few HEb's...not the worst foods in the world for not "following plan" eh!

can't make WI on fri morning so i've taken tm off work and i'm gonna try get weighed at a different class instead...i'm not sure what to expect from this week's eating...guess i can only wait and see eh! fingers crossed!

gonna go have a wee bit chocolate and something savoury...the usual goodies used for syns - nothing bad ;) x

So...I took today off work to get weighed at a different class cos I can't make the usual one tm.

Excited to see the results of this weeks eats...I am GUTTED to have a gain of 1.5lbs!! :(

Now only 1lb lighter than when I rejoined...what a total waste of money, efforts and all the thought process that comes with this journey...

Pi$$ed off

Fri 12th sept:

Breakfast:
A smoothie made with an apple, banana and a yog

Snack:
Fruit with a danio

Lunch:
salad with a few bits from morrisons salad bar and some Dahl loaf

Wasn't hungry for hrs last night...ended up with a bowl of fruit and fibre after 10pm last night!

Not a crisp or chocolate in sight.... :-o lol x

Breakfast:
Superspeed fruit with a fruitopolis yog
Egg wrap

Lunch:
Cheesy beans on toast

Dinner:
Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, sprouts, corn & gravy

Strawbs with vanilla yog

HEb: 1 wm bread/hifi light
HEa: 16g cathedral city cheese nibbles

Syns:
Yog - 0.5
Gravy - 1
Walkers pops - 4
1 celebration choc - 2

7.5 for the day

2 cuppas and an egg wrap when I got to work

Snack:
Danio and chopped banana

Lunch:
Veg broth soup with 1 cheese salad sandwich

Dinner:
Quorn chilli lasagne with salad

HEb's:
Oats/1 wm bread
Hifi bar

HEa's:
Cheese/milk

Syns:
Danio - 3
Raisins - 1
Walkers pops - 4
1 chocolate - 2.5

20g all bran with half a banana and a boiled egg

Mid morning snack:
overnight oats with fruit

Lunch:
quorn chilli with rice and a danio

Snack:
banana

Dinner:
the last of the quorn chilli in a baked potato with 15g grated cheese, lettuce and tomato

HEB's:
20g all bran/17.5g oats
hifi bar

HEa's:
milk in a cuppa and cheese at dinner

Syns:
danio - 1
ringos/popcorn - 6
mini bunny - 3

DAY - RED

Breakfast:
Melon and strawberries with coconut yog

Snack:
Strawbs, raspberries, blackberries, 1/2 a banana and a danio

Lunch:
Joes sausages, bacon, egg, mushrooms, onion, tomato and toast with laughing cow

Dinner:
Birdseye Inspiration with lettuce and tomato

HEb's:
1 wm bread/ half a Special K chewy
2 hifi lights

HEa's:
Milk in a coffee, 1 laughing cow cheese triangle and might have some cathedral city nibbles (16g cheddar)

Syns:
Danio - 1
Sauce - 1
Ringos - 3.5
Milky bar - 3.5
Fish: 0.5

9.5 for the day

Got weigh in tm...not sure what to expect seeing as I didn't expect the 1.5 on last week...sigh!

Well done on your loss that's brill!
I tried your egg wraps the other day (with ham), very nice, I think it would make quite a good pack up snack for work x
