happy saturday peeps
another successful day on plan for me....yay!
DAY - EE
Breakfast:
rice with banana, blueberries, blackberries, frozen raspberries and yog
Lunch:
egg wrap with quorn sausage (and one on the side lol)
nectarine
Snack:
sw chips with chip sprinkle (was heading out for dinner later and hungry about 5 ish so had these to tide me over rather than get too hungry and risk off plan foods!)
Dinner:
Nandos! plain butterfly chicken cooked with no skin, spicy rice, salad, corn and halloumi
HEb: 2 x hifi light
HEa: halloumi....bloody love that stuff, only ever had it from nandos - must look out for it
Syns:
chip sprinkle - 0.5
spicy rice - 2
chicken - 1 (it's 3 with the skin so not sure if it's free without? but 1 would cover oil??)
walkers pops - 4
2 celebrations - 4
11.5 for the day....so enough to cover the chicken at nando's if 1 syn isn't enough?
