DAY - GREEN

Breakfast:
rice pudding with yog, banana and frozen raspberries

Lunch:
1 slice beans on toast with cheese
boiled egg
fruit salad & yog

Dinner:
sw fries,boiled rice & curry sauce and loads of onion (mmmmm! lol)

HEb's:
1 slice wm bread & 1 weetabix
1 alpen light/1 hifi bar

HEa's:
30g cheddar
milk with my weetabix

Syns:
curry sauce - 2
aero biscuit - 5
hoops and crosses - 4.5

11.5 for the day
 
DAY- EE

Breakfast:

Lunch:
mugshot with some chicken breast through it
bowl of fruit salad

Dinner:
sw doner kebab, wedges and salad

HEb: ww pitta bread
HEa: 3 x babybel light

Syns:
lean lamb mince - 2
freddo - 5
hoops and crosses - 4.5

11.5 in total
 
hey folks...
well...today started off as a green day. we were going to the pictures and i decided to take as sandwich with me (for lunch) rather than be tempted to eat all the goodies on offer there (dedication or what! lol)
anyway, when we left the pictures, we were all hungry and there was a little place nearby that did chinese in a take away box thing so i ended up having some which was fine...except i had to change my day to EE and that meant i'd had both my HE's in one sitting....grrrr cos if i had planned EE, i'd have taken pasta or something to the pics and that would've left me something to snack on now as i'm getting hungry!

anyway...no damage done and all on plan, just wished i'd known...!

DAY - EE

boiled egg & a linda mc sausage

Lunch:
cheese, spring onion, lettuce and mayo sandwich

Dinner:
chicken in blackbean with noodles. not even half a portion but i'm gonna count 2.5 for it anyway

HEb: wm bread
HEa: 30g cheddar

Syns:
2.5 - chicken in black bean sauce
0.5 e/l mayo
4 - funsize mars bar
4 - prawn hoops and crosses

11 in total

smash pizza topped with mushroom, onion, peppers and sweetcorn served with salad.... (controversial yes, but didn't use too much smash and made the base thin but an easy way for me to get almost a plate full of superfree :D )

HEb's:
hifi light/alpen light
wm bread

HEa's:
30g cheddar

Syns:
0.5 - mayo
3 - malteser bunny
4.5 - special k crisps

8 for the day (which makes me feel a bit better seeing as i used all 15 yesterday!)

cous cous, fruit and yog
boiled egg

Mid Morning Snack:
tuna, sweetcorn, pepper & onion quiches - 1st time i've tried this, made a few little ones in my muffin tin and they were nice for a change...would be yummy with HEa cheese me thinks?

Lunch:
3 wm crackerbread with philly light and tomato
2 bacon medallions

Dinner:
e/l pork meatballs, spaghetti & a tomato sauce
left over fruit salad

HEb:
3 wm crackerbread / 1 hifi light bar

HEa:
philly light/babybel light

Syns:
space raiders - 3
popcorn - 2.5
scan bran cake - 1
f/s fudge - 3

Hurrrah, remembered to buy the cous cous and frozen fruit today so will be trying that tomorrow for a breakfast change.
Got topop to chemist in a minute so while I am out I am going toget some diet fanta and have a go at the chicken too,

bit of a late post for me with today's menu....just back from a few hours in the pub...where i just drank diet pepsi and chose to come home cos i was hungry so that's good going considering i passed a million take away places! lol. i'd left my HEb's most of the day and took an alpen light with me so now gonna have my hifi and some crackerbread with cheese

DAY - GREEN

sw chips and cheese and a pile of pickled gherkins (??? lol)

Dinner:
pasta n sauce with mushroom, peppers and onion through it

HEb's:
1/2 scan bran cake/3 wm crackerbread
1 alpen light/1 hifi light bar

HEa's:
30g cheddar
some philly light on my crackerbread

Syns:
pasta n sauce - 1
few onion rings - 6 (online shows 12.5 for a full portion and i only picked at a few so hopefully that'll cover me? but plenty left anyway)
 
Forgive me slimming world for i have (over) syn'd....it's been no time since my last confession cos this is my 1st!

it has, however, been over 8 months since my last indian takeaway...and over 7 months since i last consumed any white bready products - until tonight.

i am not overly ashamed but i will admit that tonight, i have eaten some chicken tikka chasni with rice, some nan bread and some pakora...and you know what....i TOTALLY enjoyed it!

since i started my sw journey, i have been on plan 100%...i've had 1 meal out since i started it and haven't ever felt the need to order or eat anything like i have tonight...until today but you know what, it's the day before weigh in, i'll probably be bloated for a week and suffer with the oil and creamy goodness that i've consumed...but i've had it, i enjoyed it, and i DON'T think at all that i've blown it, that i may as well give up etc and that's a huge thing for me.

i've had it, for whatever reason i wanted it and i know that tomorrow, i'll be back on track as i always usually am.

1 confession since january is good going in my opinion...i read people's diaries on here and every weekend they've "blown it" and beating themselves up for it or fed up that they're not seeing results....i'm not gonna be one of them!
i've eaten way too many syns but it was my choice....and i'm also going to have a star bar that i've had for weeks later on too!

as i said, tomorrow is WI day for me. it's also the week, according to my pattern, that i'd have a gain and that's not the reason that i've eaten this today...i actually don't think eating it today would have a result so quickly on the scales but i'll carry on as normal and try to up my superfree so that it doesn't catch up with me next time.

so today's food looks like this:

DAY - EE

Breakfast:
rice pudding, blueberries, raspberries and banana

Lunch:
had a bowl of fruit salad and yog, picked at ham, seafood sticks and a boiled egg

Dinner:
indian takeaway

HEb: alpen light bar
HEa: nothing

Syns: more than a wee drop! lol

Slim people who don't diet have takeaways. They have pizza. They have chocolate. They just don't have shed loads every day- and that is the principal you've stuck to! One takeaway will not undo 7 months of SW angelic halo wearing!

i'll no doubt be regretting it when my guts are killing me :-/ but that's regret for a whole different reason! lol

not sure about the star bar now...i've suddenly got all choked up and whenever i have that bad boy i want to savour it...so if it's not meant to be later then i'll save myself 12/13 syns...every cloud and all that hehex
 
I agree, one take away and a chocolate bar won't harm you in the long run. Giving into cravings now and again stops us from going mad and bingeing on everything in sight! Pleased you enjoyed it. When you don't enjoy it is when you regret it lol x
