Forgive me slimming world for i have (over) syn'd....it's been no time since my last confession cos this is my 1st!
it has, however, been over 8 months since my last indian takeaway...and over 7 months since i last consumed any white bready products - until tonight.
i am not overly ashamed but i will admit that tonight, i have eaten some chicken tikka chasni with rice, some nan bread and some pakora...and you know what....i TOTALLY enjoyed it!
since i started my sw journey, i have been on plan 100%...i've had 1 meal out since i started it and haven't ever felt the need to order or eat anything like i have tonight...until today but you know what, it's the day before weigh in, i'll probably be bloated for a week and suffer with the oil and creamy goodness that i've consumed...but i've had it, i enjoyed it, and i DON'T think at all that i've blown it, that i may as well give up etc and that's a huge thing for me.
i've had it, for whatever reason i wanted it and i know that tomorrow, i'll be back on track as i always usually am.
1 confession since january is good going in my opinion...i read people's diaries on here and every weekend they've "blown it" and beating themselves up for it or fed up that they're not seeing results....i'm not gonna be one of them!
i've eaten way too many syns but it was my choice....and i'm also going to have a star bar that i've had for weeks later on too!
as i said, tomorrow is WI day for me. it's also the week, according to my pattern, that i'd have a gain and that's not the reason that i've eaten this today...i actually don't think eating it today would have a result so quickly on the scales but i'll carry on as normal and try to up my superfree so that it doesn't catch up with me next time.
so today's food looks like this:

Breakfast:
rice pudding, blueberries, raspberries and banana
Lunch:
had a bowl of fruit salad and yog, picked at ham, seafood sticks and a boiled egg
Dinner:
indian takeaway
HEb: alpen light bar
HEa: nothing
Syns: more than a wee drop! lol
