what a hungry girl i've been today...there's been no feeding me and until 2pm, i had literally eaten something every hr lol.
all sw stuff of course and i tend to take little bits and bobs of everything or half my HEb so it goes further but is all "allowed"
anyway...
DAY - GREEN
Breakfast:
small pot of magic porridge, a boiled egg, a tangerine and a piece of sw quiche
Mid Morning snack:
rice with berries, chopped banana & yog mixed through and some homemade soup
Lunch:
mac and cheese (leftovers from last wk which i had frozen) and a nectarine
Dinner:
diet cola quorn chicken with lots of added peppers and onion, served with egg noodles
Supper:
chopped strawberries with some yog and a weetabix crumbled through. (1st time i've had this...it was ok actually...might be something i'd think about for breakfast?)
HEb's:
17.5g oats/1 weetabix
1 hifi light/3 wm crackerbread
HEa's:
35g philly light & 1 babybel
whatever cheese was in the mac and cheese...even though i counted it last wk lol
Syns:
space raiders - 3
fudge - 3
popcorn - 2.5
8.5 for the day
looking back at that it seems an awful lot of food....am i eating too much? too often? i know most of the foods are dense and processed more easily than others and i've got superfree galore in there...but i dunno...i know it was all on plan...every bit of it, i only eat when i'm hungry (and not thirsty!) and my syns are low but i just worry :-/
