what a hungry girl i've been today...there's been no feeding me and until 2pm, i had literally eaten something every hr lol.
all sw stuff of course and i tend to take little bits and bobs of everything or half my HEb so it goes further but is all "allowed"

anyway...

DAY - GREEN

Breakfast:
small pot of magic porridge, a boiled egg, a tangerine and a piece of sw quiche

Mid Morning snack:
rice with berries, chopped banana & yog mixed through and some homemade soup

Lunch:
mac and cheese (leftovers from last wk which i had frozen) and a nectarine

Dinner:
diet cola quorn chicken with lots of added peppers and onion, served with egg noodles

Supper:
chopped strawberries with some yog and a weetabix crumbled through. (1st time i've had this...it was ok actually...might be something i'd think about for breakfast?)

HEb's:
17.5g oats/1 weetabix
1 hifi light/3 wm crackerbread

HEa's:
35g philly light & 1 babybel
whatever cheese was in the mac and cheese...even though i counted it last wk lol

Syns:
space raiders - 3
fudge - 3
popcorn - 2.5

8.5 for the day

looking back at that it seems an awful lot of food....am i eating too much? too often? i know most of the foods are dense and processed more easily than others and i've got superfree galore in there...but i dunno...i know it was all on plan...every bit of it, i only eat when i'm hungry (and not thirsty!) and my syns are low but i just worry :-/

home made soup and an orange hifi bar (what a treat this was to have chocolate through the day...a nice change! ;) )

Lunch:
leftover diet cola quorn chicken with noodles, peppers and onion

small bowl of fruit salad and yog

HEb's:
hifi orange bar
17.5g oats/1 hifi light

30g cheddar
babybel light

mini curly wurly - 3.5

9 for the day...almost 109 when i picked up a king rib supper for my OH's dinner....and proceeded to make the baked potato for myself :( man those chips smelt DElightful!
off to polish my halo though ;) x

Husbands/boyfriends are so annoying arnt they with their bloody pizzas and chineses and McDonald's lol well done for having the jacket spud! X

bacon, scrambled egg, sausage & plum tomatoes late morning

Lunch:
1/2 pack of M&S pork salad bites, an alpen light & a pkt of popcorn

Dinner:
pork chops (fat removed), onions, mushrooms and grilled tomato
left over fruit salad with some muesli through it

HEb's:
1/2 scan bran cake/17.5g dorsets muesli
1 alpen light/1 hifi light

HEa's:
nothing yet...maybe 30g cheese later?

Syns:
sausage - 0.5
salad bites - 1
popcorn - 2.5
funsize fudge - 3
space raiders - 3

10 for the day...and c'mon the superfree! lol x

I just had some of the potato & sweetcorn soup. Lovely. I put a little curry powder in the portion I have just eaten, that was good too. Pretty filling also. Thanks again

mugshot (tried the beef...it was horrid!) few seafood sticks and a bowl of fruit salad with yog and 15g golden crunch over it
bag of popcorn

Dinner:
Hunters chicken, sw chips with the skin on (mmm!) and salad

HEb:
15g golden crunch/1 hifi light bar

HEa:
30g cheddar

Syns:
0.5 - scan bran cake
4.5 f/s snicker
3 space raiders
2.5 popcorn

I tried the magic porridge with cherry yog and I liked it. Made a change. However made first one too early and ate it before I went to bed. Made another just as I went up and had it this morning. It did make a change from fried eggs.

Gonna do some rice later and try the cous cous with fruit too at some point this week. mmmm

i made some up today using a toffee ww yog and just half the oats allowance (17.5g)
i left it for a while and poured it over some chopped banana...it was quite filling :)

roast chicken breast, carrots, turnip and a drizzle of gravy

17.5g oats/17.5g dorsets muesli
1 orange hifi bar

HEa's:
3 babybel light

Syns:
sausage - 0.5
gravy - 0.5

freddo - 5
