U cud try the kidney beans just blitzed up n just ave sum ff handy 2 add if required!? Sorry that's prob a silly suggestion! lol!
Sam's doin really well, I don't wana jinx things but he's been sleepin gr8 at nite. He takes a dreamfeed bout 11ish (altho he quite oftens wakes! lol!), then wakes 4 a wee top-up feed bout 2-2.30 n sleeps again quite quickly. That's been him then thru til after 7!! Chris did his 1st nite feed last nite now that Sam's more used 2 takin a bottle. It went much smoother than I expected cos Chris was feelin quite nervous bout doin it. Anyway he was able 2 feed him ok but found it hard 2 get him back 2 sleep, but it was only 2day when we were talkin bout I realised that he's never actually put Sam down 2 sleep b4 so I reckon that explains it

your fella will have been nervous but nice that he got to be more involved with the feeding side of things :)

not long up and i'm sooo hungry....off to get some fruit sorted but will catch up later x
 
Hi im ok thanks put on this week but well and truly deserved but back on it now... its ok to have a takeaway once in a while ya dont want your body getting used to healthy food u need to shock it a bit haha thats how I see it anyway :)

as long as you had a good time? it's so much easier to take a gain or a sts when it's justified eh?

liking your way of thinking...it's prob true to a certain extent...will just need to see how i get on tomorrow x
 
DAY - RED

Breakfast:
fruit salad with yog and an alpen light crumbled through
a boiled egg & a sausage

Lunch:
1 slice wm bread with an e/l laughing cow cheese triangle & some ham
packet of popcorn

Dinner:
Roast gammon, carrots and sprouts
left over fruit salad

HEb's:
4 ryvita (made sw ferrero rocher with these so only need to count nutella)
1 slice wm bread/1 alpen light bar

HEa's:
20g cheddar and 1 chs triangle

Syns:
sausage - 0.5
popcorn - 2.5
nutella - 4
pom bears - 3.5

10.5 for the day
 
hey guys...
STS for me tonight at WI...i was a bit like hhmmmph! but then looking at my book, it would be "gain week" so then it felt ok...cos there wasn't a gain lol.

i've just spent the last hour going through my wardrobe and i literally have about 4 outfits that fit....everything was massive & my son was chuckling when i walked from the bathroom to my bedroom with a pair of trousers that i used to wear on...and by the time i got to where he was, they were at my ankles lol.

i think trying all my stuff on (again) and seeing a difference has made me realise that it's not always about the numbers...yes i'm absolutely a number chaser and i want a loss EVERY week no matter what...but it's not realistic and even some of my "newer" stuff isn't going to last much longer.
bitter sweet eh!

anyway...food for today looking like this

DAY - EE

Breakfast:
a nectarine then some rice pudding with berries, banana and yog

Lunch:
roasted red pepper hummus with 3 carrots made into dippy bits :)
apple & grape snack pack

Dinner:
sw chilli & a baked potato

fruit salad with 15g all bran golden crunch mixed in

HEb:
15g golden crunch & 1 slice wm bread

HEa:
1 babybel light so far...2 left if i fancy them

Syns:
galaxy bubbles - 8.5
prawn hoops & crosses - 4

12.5 for the day

meant to say, having made the hummus the other day for the 1st time, i wanted to see what it would be like with kidney beans. i've blitz a can of kidney beans in chilli sauce (free) and it tastes ok so might have that tomorrow with carrot sticks.
it's def much more runny than the texture of hummus but not bad taste wise and i didn't add anything else.
i reckon if you were to use kidney beans on their own, you'd def need to add this or that but not sure what. i could use some plain kidney beans to thicken this stuff up but will see how i get on with this stuff...it's in the fridge so might magically thicken up overnight?? lol

That is so funny that your trousers fell down and so good. You sound like your doing ok.

I have struggled a bit. Will power gone awry. Been ok last two days but that urge for something don`t go away.

Looking for a loss this week. Thurs or Fri so got at least 2 days.

fingers crossed you get it...it's hard though...i think what's wrong with me just now is i've kinda lost my oomph a bit & got stuck in a rut if you know what i mean?
i can't be bothered sometimes and although i'm staying on plan (which is great) i've not been cooking the same so it's getting a bit tedious.
just need to give myself a wee shake and get looking over my old diaries to keep the food exciting - i always find it easier to be focussed when i'm not hungry and there's no need to be hungry on sw - as long as you prepare and i know that's what i need to get back to 100% like before x

Ok thanks im trying to be good most days I have been :) had a sneak peak on the scales and the weight isn't budging. .. got untill thursday though so u never know ;)

lol...that made me giggle...yep, they're ok today thanks.

sneaky WI's are illegal...they give false information...and in my case, false hope sometimes hence the reason i have none in the house!

Mayb it's just me cos I hate clothes shoppin but the prospect of tryin 2 "re-stock" my wardrobe was a nightmare x

We must b twins separated at birth hun cos I feel EXACTLY the same!!! lol! I wish clothes cud just b delivered 2 the house when I need them! x
 
Lol! I generally shop online 2 but I agree wif u about the hassle of sendin stuff back. My main prob is I ave zero fashion sense n no idea wat kinda clothes 2 buy in the 1st place! lol! That combined wif avin been overweight n not able 2 wear "nice" clothes along wif not really bein aware that I'v lost that weight all ends up in a recipe 4 a frustrated shopper! :p x
 
yeah...and not to mention that the mirrors in changing rooms are the DEVIL!!!
the lightening there too just highlights all the bits you never noticed before.

i am soooo glad i'm not alone with this shopping malarky lol x
