Thanks well ive just rejoined the gym so thats one thing... planning to go tue morning and wednesday need to see what classes are on otherwise im being hardcore and going for it on the tredders (walking slow pace on treadmill hah)

i hate exercise but i know if i did some, it would be half my battle & i prob wouldn't need to worry about what i ate!
used to like the classes but i've got a dodgy knee & i'd do more damage at zumba etc which is a shame cos i would goto that!

swimming's prob the best thing for me but it always seems so much hassle with drying my hair etc although i do enjoy it when i'm there...full of excuses me eh lol.

haven't done much today, went shopping and now back home with more food that you can imagine...but yet i don't want any of it lol....typical eh and always the way x
 
Hi there. Can you tell me how long you keep your home made soup in the fridge please.

I made some butternut Squash & carrot soup which was delish. I froze 1 and 2 of potato & sweetcorn. I tried the BNS one when it had thawed and it was not very nice. Gonna try the sweetcorn one tomorrow.

Could make less or have bigger portions I guess. Not sure.

Yeah I went to co-op before to get some bitsbut healthy food juat isnt appealing so drinking green tea ha
Ive seen people with injuries come tothe classes and theyjust inform the instructor so they get told how to do most of the stuff with less impact. Im rubbish at swimming .. love aqua running though :)

not too sure to be honest....

i usually make one pot on a monday and it does 3 days. i leave 1 portion in the pot to heat up on the tuesday and the stuff in the fridge does the wed/thurs.

DAY - RED

Breakfast:
fruit salad with yog & scan bran cake through

Lunch:
sausages, bacon medallions, scrambled egg & wm bread

Dinner:
pork chops (fat removed) tomato, onion, mushrooms. put some philly light on my chops so they weren't dry - thought it would save using syns on ketchup lol

left over fruit salad

HEb's:
1/2 scan bran cake/30g wm bread
hifi bar

HEa's:
philly light

Syns:
sausages - 2
prawn hoops & crosses - 4
funsize crunchie - 4

10 for the day

have really enjoyed today's red day. normally i feel hungrier on a red day cos i find i can't snack the same way as i would on green/ee if i needed to but today i've been totally fine & not felt hungry like times before.
i always find my HE's are what helps so the extra one is a winner for me.
tend to do a red before WI day if i plan dinner etc around it...fingers crossed i see a decent result tomorrow....looking back over my week's food i reckon it's been a decent week so here's hoping!x

Hey hun, yer food's lookin fab as usual so I'm sure u'l get a good result at WI 2moro! :) As per my diary I messed up a bit at the w/end again so I'm not holdin out much hope 4 my WI on Wed, in fact I'l prob b lucky 2 get a STS! Hope yer well x

Thanks for that. I have just thawed another today and cooked it a bit more, not so bad, could eat it ok, but not quite the same. Seems watered down, guess best not to freeze. Thought I could do a couple of different soups when felt like cooking. I`ll just keep in the fridge. One soup at a time.
 
just popping on quickly cos i'm not long in from WI and i'm in the middle of making dinner. will be on later to post today's food but wanted to say...

after having what i thought was a great week last week, enjoyed my food all week...i put on 1lb.

DAY - GREEN

small bowl of rice pudding with berries, chopped banana & yog
some spoonfuls of dahl loaf when it all crumbled & collapsed in the dish lol

Lunch:
fruit salad with scan bran cake & yog

Dinner:
Quorn chilli (quorn, chopped toms, pepper, onion, chilli kidney beans) with baked potato & a HEa babybel light grated over it


HEb's:
orange hifi bar
1 benefit bar/1/2 scan bran cake (never buying the benefit bars again...thought it was awful...not a patch on Alpen lights)

HEa's:
babybel lights

Syns:
walkers cheese and onion crisps - 8.5
choc orange segsation -2

10.5 for the day (maybe just 8.5 as i'm not sure i'll have the chocolate...i'm def having the crisps though lol)

 
It makes you want to scream. Don`t matter what you can do next week it is this week. Keep going, as I know you will. :wavey:

lol...i was just so p'd off....and confused :(
i mean, you have to eat a sh1t load of calories OVER your daily needs to put weight on...and i don't feel i did.
i had salads last week which was the 1st in a while (properly) and was really feeling good.

wish i wasn't such a number chaser....and i also wish i just weighed once a month and that way i wouldn't feel so disheartened or try to chase it as much.

not to worry eh...another day, yet again, on plan so will just need to see what happens x
 
i don't...but sometimes my OH says the same thing to me.

i think i was just so surprised and typically, the class leader was there when i got weighed...it's usually someone else cos she's with the people who are joining or whatever but the 3 times she's been there...i've had a gain...grrr lol.

booked a holiday for next week's class cos i'm not sure i can make it...but if i can, i'll be there but wanted to put it in so i don't get charged for it and not just so i can fall off the wagon lol x
