Oh no, I ended up drinking the Fanta and have diet coke chicken. lol

I know you prefer the fanta one so am at last gonna do it.

At last, I`ve had the Fanta chicken and rice. (I bought the tesco orange) It was so lovely I will be doing it again very soon.

i made the diet cola chicken tonight but it was funky...dunno what i'd done differently but couldn't eat it all...just didn't enjoy it :( x

DAY - EE

Breakfast:
handful of fruit and a piece of chickpea dahl loaf...weird i know but i was cooking it at the time & it was there lol

Lunch:
chicken breast subway salad

Dinner:
diet cola chicken with noodles, tons of peppers & onion.
wasn't keen on this tonight for some reason...didn't eat it all so had
a bowl of fruit salad with yog and 17.5g muesli through it

HEb:
hifi light/17.5g dorsets nutty muesli

HEa:
cheese on subway salad

Syns:
sweet onion dressing - 2
mini crunchie - 4
hoops & crosses - 4.5

10.5 for the day
 
DAY - GREEN

Breakfast:
rice pudding, berries, chopped banana & yog

Mid Morning Snack:
small pot magic porridge, apple & grape snack pack

Lunch:
left over diet cola chicken...minus the chicken- was really just noodles & veg. didn't want it all so had a piece of dahl loaf instead

Dinner:
quorn peppered steak, baked pot with philly light, sweetcorn

fruit salad with muesli

HEb's:
17.5 oats/17.5g dorsets muesli
alpen light/ 2 ryvita

HEa:
philly light

1/2 crunchie - 5

So I made the dahl loaf n it turned out quite well I think. I cooked it in a silicone loaf "tin" which I sprayed wif Frylite n miraculously it didn't stick n came out in 1 piece! I do think mayb it cud b a bit drier cos it's VERY moist; I'm not sure if that's cos I didn't bake it long enuf or if it was cos I used 2 really big eggs! Anyway it's very nice n I can c it becoming a regular feature, here's a wee pic...does it look rite? lol!

yep...it looks how mine does...only lighter in colour- what dahl did you use?

i like it and make it most weeks, cut it up and keep it in the fridge the have a quick bite here and there if i'm hungry.
it's nice warm too...with salad and sw chips :D

I used Asda's dahl but I didn't use the beef savoury rice I used the golden 1 cos that's wat I had in the cupboard! lol! Does it dry up a bit in the fridge cos I do think it's a bit 2 moist, I'd rather it was a bit drier n more "bready" lol! I never thot of avin it hot.... x
 
aww that's what it'll be...the golden rice instead of beef.

i wouldn't say it goes too hard in the fridge, i cook it on low for ages (usually til it looks done too much on the top lol) and i do prefer eating it when it's just out the oven - that usually consists of me scraping up the millions bits that have fallen apart lol.

well done on it staying together! lol

sometimes i do half the mixture in the oven as dahl, then with the other half, add onions, curry powder, garam masala & tumeric, thicken with smash flakes and make bhajis too x
 
Oh now there's a good idea! Chris wud love that cos he adores onion bhajis but he wasn't keen the last SW version I attempted lol! I'l try bakin it 4 longer next time 2 c if that dries it up a bit. Regardless I'm very pleased wif it n really grateful 4 the recipe! xx

chip butty! (well, sw chips on wm bread with a scraping of mayo rather than butter...but we'll go with that lol)
fruit salad

Dinner:
philly pasta (pasta with quorn pieces, onion, mushroom, peppers, sweetcorn & philly light)

HEb's:
Peanut hifi bar
1 weetabix/1 slice wm bread

HEa's:
philly light

Syns:
mayo - 0.5
freddo -5
crisps - 5.5

hey folks....
just popping on quickly with my food for the day. not been feeling great so haven't had as "good" foods as i usually would...all been on plan but my head's not been in the right place to prepare better stuff...which isn't like me really :(
anyway...

Dinner:
1 slice wm toast with beans, 20g cheese & a boiled egg
apple & grape snack pack

HEb's:
17.5g muesli/1 slice wm bread
2 x hifi lights

HEa's:
20g cheddar stick so far...might have another between now & bed time

Syns:
gonna have a funsize crunchie for 4 and some crisps for 5.5

9.5 for the day

hifi light bar and a nectarine

Lunch:
chicken breast subway salad (loving these!) and a piece of dahl loaf which i took with me to have along with it ;)

Dinner:
spicy coated chicken "nuggets", sw wedges & beans
fruit salad

HEb:
2 x hifi light bars

HEa:
cheese

Syns:
subway sauce - 2
freddo - 5
crisps - 5.5

12.5 for the day

ooh did you have goodies last night?? mmmm lol. you might be ok though, just be extra good & drink lots ;)

weekend's been ok thanks...nothing exciting but on plan so hoping for a decent loss tomorrow x
