DAY - EE

Breakfast:
rice pudding, berries, banana & yog

Lunch:
subway chicken salad with some sw chips

Dinner:
chicken curry, basmati rice
fruit salad

HEb:
hifi orange deluxe bar

HEa:
cheese on my salad at lunch

Syns:
subway dressing - 2
mini cheddars - 6.5
daim bar - 7.5

16 for the day...whoops, just realised i'm one over...that NEVER happens cos i always have some left!...aww well, i'm sure the extra ones i have left every other day will cover that? lol x

Hi, been a bit lazy the last couple of days and not caught up much. Paul McKenna`s book, I have seen it and read some, I would say pretty much the same as you described. It sound good I think.

He does a tape you can play whilst going to sleep, but don`t know of anyone who has used it, have you?

i know people who have had the hypnosis and said that it worked...but only for as long as they kept it up.
it's not rocket science though..the problem is we just have to try and keep at things which is sometimes easier said than done eh?

Hey folks...
not posted since fri as i was away for my friend's hen weekend.
didn't goto class cos i wasn't sure when i'd be back and booked a holiday to save me having to pay extra next week!

was pretty much on plan until late saturday night but to be honest, i'd half expected to be off plan all weekend so it was a bit of a bonus! i've known it was booked for a while and enjoyed myself...let's face it, i've barely socialised/been off plan since i started in January so i enjoyed what i had and have come back today like nothing happened.
i'm glad to say i've not struggled at all today about getting back to "normal" cos you know what it's like...sometimes if you have a taste for the stuff you used to eat, it's always tempting to go off track!

anyway...food looking like this for the day

DAY - GREEN

Breakfast:
rice pudding, berries, chopped banana & yog

Lunch:
piece of dahl loaf, home made soup with ryvita
bowl of fruit salad

Dinner:
Mac and cheese with salad

HEb's:
2 x hifi light bars
ryvita

HEa's:
cheese

Syns:
crisps - 5.5
fun size mars - 4

9.5 for the day

1 slice wm toast with banana
small pot of magic porridge with mixed berries

Snack:
cup of home made soup & a piece of dahl loaf

Lunch:
left over mac & cheese
nectarine

Dinner:
quorn chilli in a baked potato
fruit salad with 1/2 HEb muesli over it

HEb's:
1 slice wm bread/hifi light
17.5g oats/17.5g dorsets muesli

HEa's:
cheese in mac & cheese at lunch (made the recipe with 2 HEa's and split into 3 portions)

Syns:
walkers lights - 6
funsize crunchie - 4

10 for the day

small pot of magic porridge & some homemade soup

Lunch:
cheese and pickle sandwich
piece of dahl loaf & a nectarine

Dinner:
linda mc sausages, boiled potatoes and beans

heb's:
60g wm bread
17.5g oats/hifi light bar

HEa's:
40g reduced fat cheese

Syns:
pickle - 0.5
ketchup - 0.5
daim bar - 7.5
tayto whisps - 5

13.5 for the day

aww...we all want to see a loss - no matter what we've done! lol.

is your day on a wed any different to any other day? like is there maybe something that you haven't noticed before which could be the reason why it goes like that?
i've had a hungry day today and just want to eat...not eat bad thing in particular and as much as i know we can eat free/superfree foods whenever, i can't really be bothered cooking something from scratch and i'm always aware that i've prob had more than enough for the day.

funny how some days are like that eh.

good luck for WI tomorrow...you might be surprised ;) x
 
Hi there. In reply, albeit a bit late, I have done a couple of really bad days and am fighting to catch up. Mandyboo sent me 3 or 4 thick lines telling me to start again and do it properly. It was good. I have stuck to it since but still want to eat in the evening even tho as you say, it may be superfree but if you are not hungry should really try not to. I find one thing generally leads to another. Have been planning again, Hopefully that will help again.

Having a reaction to medication at the moment, hope I will be ok for weigh in tomorrow. Mind you I can go on a Sat if need to. I am slipping down the slope the last 2 mnths.

Your diaries still look nice.

Hi there, please can you clarify something for me in relation to green days. . Can you eat rice and potatoes freely? Still quite confused over green days :/
