Sorry sorry sorry.
Tuesdays are always hectic for me.
But I'm here (now that everyone's gone to bed).
Right... let's go.
Woke up - didn't want to get up.
But I did, and headed to the gym, later than I'd wanted to though because Tuesdays are always stupid.
No matter how prepared I get the night before, I still won't be ready.
It's because Tuesday is my first day back in the gym after the weekend and I wash my gym clothes over the weekend.
But even if I put my gym clothes by my bed, it still takes me ages.
This morning I couldn't find my car keys and was running all over the place looking for them.
Anyway, got to the gym, and had to phone the doctor whilst at the gym to be able to make an appointment for today.
I hate going to the doctor and I hate making the phone call to make the appointment.
Just a drag. But I've registered for the online booking now, just gotta wait for the details to come through.
Finally got to work for 10 (I like to be there for half 9 at the latest) and the day went quite quick.
Didn't really do much today - put out some stock, priced it, made sture other stock was priced... pretty much it.
Then left half an hour early to get back for my appointment (making up the half hour tomorrow).
Went in, got my pill represcribed and then asked about my dizziness.
She asked if I'd had any other feelings of sickness or headaches or anything, I said no.
She took my blood pressure, said it was perfectly fine.
She checked my ears for an infection, all clear as well.
So she said it could possibly be an inner ear viral infection, and should go away in the next week.
And if I'm still getting dizzy spells this time next week, to go back and get some bloodwork done.
So long story short - I still don't know what's causing the dizziness =(
Just hope that it does go away soon.
It's not fun.
Driving home from the doctor's was fun.
Not.
A few months ago, someone living on the corner of the road that joins into my road, put up a HUGE fence.
You can no longer see round that corner - it's a blind spot now.
Anyway, was driving along, almost home, and a car pulled out of the junction.
She hadn't indicated, hadn't stopped and checked if anyone was coming, just pulled straight out.
In fact, you can tell she hadn't stopped because she'd cut the corner.
Had to slam on my brakes.
Was so close to smashing into the front of her.
And then her and her passenger just stared at me as if I was in the wrong.
Actually thought I was going to hit her.
I'm just very thankful that my brakes work and that my reflexes are so quick.
Anyway, after work & the doctor's & almost smashing up my poor Maisie Rose (that's her name - she's called Maisie because she looks a little bit like a mouse at the front (Maisy Mouse) and Rose because she's a Seat Arosa haha) was youth club.
I'm a volunteer youth worker for a group called Commotion.
They're a group of young people ages 10-18 with special educational needs, such as autism, aspergers and the like.
That runs from 530-730.
Was quite calm today, which was good, because we usually have about 25 young boys running around chasing each other, play fighting, and they get so noisy and boisterous, but today was calmer. So that was nice.
Then straight home and said to mum I needed petrol for the morning so did she fancy a trip to Morrisons.
Got over there, got a few bargains, then just as we were leaving, they were reducing the chilled produce to ridiculous prices.
Blocks of cheese for 29p/39p.
Brie for 9p.
4 packs of 400g of £2 chicken slices for 19p each.
Ginsters Plougmans Rolls for 19p.
2 packs of 8 Walls sausages for 19p each.
Plus so much more.
We took a whole bunch round to grandma and grandad and worked out that they're shopping was supposed to be £26.16 and she got it for £2.96.
Don't even know how much my mum saved on her bargains.
Got home about 10 to 10, where I cooked my dinner.
I took inspiration from Serena a couple of weeks ago and made 'pizza'.
Consisted of 1 morrisons wrap (4pp)
12g Salad Cream (0pp) & 13g ketchup (0pp) for the base.
50g of the chicken slices bought earlier (1pp) & 30g Cathedral City Lighter cheese (2pp) for the topping.
I'd probably have put some frozen sweetcorn on it, but I just really wanted to eat, so couldn't be bothered.
It tasted so nice that I ate it ridiculously quickly.
If I'd had more points, I'd've probably had 2 wraps for 9pp, split the salad cream & ketchup over two, had 64g of chicken instead of 50g (I worked up I can have up to 64g for 1 point, but decided with 50g because it works out nicely for portioning - think your OCD is catching Serena haha) and then split the cheese over two as well - maybe upped it to the next point, who knows.
But I only had 11 points left, so stuck with 7pp.
A brilliant dinner for 7pp in my opinion.
So that's my day, I'm all caught up on diaries, you're now all caught up on my day.
I'm about to go finish off my last 4 points with an ice cream, and some more fluff, because I really enjoyed the fluff last night.
Mmmmm.
Hope everyone's had a good day.
I probs won't be able to catch up till late again tomorrow as I've got Body Tone & Body Combat tomorrow from 6-7 and 7-8 respectively.
But I'll update when I can.
Sleep well guys.
Know I will tonight haha
