Thanks. Yeah, it will be - if I manage it. Just hope I do, because I'll probably be disheartened again if I don't and end up ruining my birthday. Just need to stay 100% on plan for the next 2 weeks. Only 3.5lbs to get rid off til gold. And then I'll need to decide whether I want to stay at 10, or go down. I'm considering 9 and a half - then I've got the leeway to have a few treats now and then and not ruin anything.

I like the idea of a Buffer, My original goal was 8 10 but then I wanted a buffer which is how I ended up at 7 12, 12lbs is some buffer lol. X

I wish I were like you, 2 stone in 10 weeks. It's taken me about 15 weeks to lose 6lbs. Give me some of your willpower!

So pleased.
Just wish I hadn't had to go through last week though.
I wouldn't have minded 2.5lbs each week.
But really happy knowing that I'm still able to lose an average of 2.5lbs despite changing jobs.
Just hope it keeps up.

And I've just seen your post on your own thread and it seems like you've caught a little of my willpower already, stopping whilst full.
You definitely seem on it this week and you usually start to slip at this point in the week, but not this week.
So proud of you!

2.5lh a week is such an amazing average! It's taken me 7 Weeks to lose 10lbs, not complaining but just very jealous of your results but I know how hard u work for them. X

Your average is just as brilliant - it's almost 1.5lbs a week.
And for someone unable to officially exercise, that's brilliant.

My average is only 1lb more than yours and I spend about 10 hours a week down the gym, so for you to have an average close to mine and not work out as much as I do, then that is fantastic! =D

This is true!!! I'm just happy that I'm not starving on this diet, yes I sometimes have to make different choices to pre WW but I very much enjoy the choices I make.x
