Everyone else has got one... so now it's my turn

Omg. Just done the stupidest thing ever.
Went to tie my hair up for the gym.
Picked up my hair brush. Or at least what I thought was my hair brush.
Was actually my razor.
Thankfully I noticed in the nick of time (pun not intended haha) and put it down before actually putting it against my hair.
Just what I need. To be shaving a chunk out of my hair haha.
Doh!

Would love to say it's cuz I was half asleep, but I'd been up ages haha.
What a twonk.

Well I've heard of ways to help yourself to lose an extra lb but really, shaving off a chunk of hair that's going to the extreme! Lol! Hope u get on ok Sweetie. X

Just been weighed. And it's a good result.
Last week definitely caught up with me and I've lost 5lbs!!

So my regular weekly average of 2.5lbs.

I've now lost over 2 stone - 29.5lbs in total.
And just 3.5lbs to goal.
Still on track for goal by birthday.

Was extremely nervous stepping onto the scales but absolutely over the moon to see those scales say I was only 10st3.5.

Honestly didn't imagine I'd lose 5lbs. Maybe 3/3.5, but never 5.
Couldn't believe it.

Over 2 stone gone in 10 weeks.

And I now officially weigh less than my boyfriend now.

I'm so happy that birthday goal is within reach again.

And at the gym I do Ab Curls (sit ups), Obliques (like sit ups, but instead of sitting up forward, reaching your left arm to your right knee, down, then your right arm to your left knee, down. So sitting up diagonally), Cycle Obliques (lay on your back, one knee bent, other out straight, and bring your opposite elbow up to meet the bent knee - then swap knees and reach with the other elbow) and Reverse Curls (on your back, legs in the air and lift your bum up from the ground and then drop it back to the floor).

I can't do planks either - I do 3/4 planks.
Same position (try starting in a full plank position for a couple of seconds) then drop your knees - so you're stretched out, but just your knees (and elbows) are on the floor - don't bend your knees like you're scrubbing the floor on all fours (does that make sense?!).

Honestly didn't think I'd be here so quickly - but I was so disappointed last week because I have gotten here so quickly and didn't want it to suddenly stop - I wasn't ready.
If I'd been doing it slower, then I might now have been so downhearted.
But it's caught me up and I'm so close to goal.

I actually have a BMI in the normal range now!!!!

Not overweight anymore!!!

Yeah, it will be - if I manage it.
Just hope I do, because I'll probably be disheartened again if I don't and end up ruining my birthday.
Just need to stay 100% on plan for the next 2 weeks.
Only 3.5lbs to get rid off til gold.

And then I'll need to decide whether I want to stay at 10, or go down.
I'm considering 9 and a half - then I've got the leeway to have a few treats now and then and not ruin anything.

Yeah, I can't control my portions either.

Can't wait for it to arrive so you can see it and let me know what you think.
I ran out of time to post it today =(

And I'm down the pub so haven't had chance to look at all the threads and see what's going on, so I shall go over and tell her off now.
