Everyone else has got one... so now it's my turn

Hey Sweetie :)

I'm glad you're back!

I love both your Flour Game and Trina's Choc Game, remember playing both of those with my Youth Group, they used to love them. I also remember hanging doughnuts on a string and they had to keep their hands behind their back and try and eat them!

I've not tried one of those Pasta Pots, they sound great value at £1 and 8pp! I'm currently in the process of batch cooking some soup, think I should get 6 Portions if all goes right with my measurements!

I've managed 19450 Steps/4AP today, really hoped to get to 5 but can't be bothered with Leslie lol.

Lots of love Sweetie. X

Yep... we've done the donut game as well haha.

You used to run a youth group?? That's cool to know =)

Yeah... it was really nice.
Mine was a tomato pasta, but they had a bolognese one as well (but that probably won't interest you lol).
It doesn't look a huge portion, but it was big enough for me and for 8pp in my opinion.

What flavour soup you making??
x

I did :) It was called Trio as it was formed between three churches :) We folded soon after Poppy was born, I didn't have any Childcare and couldn't really take a newborn out in the evening! I'm making Carrot, Butternut, Onion & Coriander Soup, only got to PP the Stock Pot so that's good :) x

Ooh... that sounds really good.
Shame you closed though.
Would you go back to doing it when Poppy's a bit older?
Maybe she could go along to group with you when she's old enough.
Or are you all youthed out?! Haha

Soup sounds good.
I don't really eat soup that often though.
And especially not during the summer you nut case lol.

Ha ha ha, I find soup is one thing which doesn't affect my IBS so I eat it all year round :) Maybe I should do a Soup and Babyfood Diet?!? I'm hoping to train as a Rainbows Leader in September, that will be something I can support Poppy with :) x

That sounds really fun.
I used to go to Rainbows and Brownies when I was younger.
I was even a Sixer at Brownies!! Haha.

And fair enough - if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
And eating soup keeps you going (literally haha), so go for it.

I definitely think its Fruit/Wholemeal which says Fibre to me but then I have problems with Dairy too :-( Think I'm just very unlucky lol x

Today has been a good day actually.

Gym was ok, work went well too - spent most of the day on the shop floor putting out stock as there were 3 members of customer service in today (including myself) so it meant I was free to do other stuff.

Really like being on the shop floor.
The till staff/Customer service staff look after the food and drinks at the front of the store, so spent time date checking the items and putting them into the diary for future reference and then rotating stock so the items with the shortest sell by date were at the front and furthest away dates at the back.
We have a giant stack of broken biscuit boxes at the front of the store, but nobody had bothered rotating them, so boxes dated October were on top of ones dated August. So I spent a good 30-60 minutes rearranging that into date order, which I actually enjoyed doing.
I get pleasure knowing that something is done properly.

I'm just hanging about in the house, waiting for it to be time to go to class. Not been to my body tone and body combat classes for the past fortnight as I've been working. But the rota has changed now so I can go again.

My shift was a bit of a funny one today though.
12-4.
1130 was a bit too early for lunch, but 430 is far too late and I don't want my tea before class as 530 is again too early.

So I've had a 9pp fish finger sandwich for "lunch" at half 11 with an apple and a satsuma once I got to work.

After breakfast for 3pp, I had 14pp left for today.
I've already decided what I'm going to have for dinner tonight (7pp ww beef lasagne) and left 2pp for a treat and decided to have something small to eat now.

I made a mini salad with lettuce, 53g chicken (1pp), 49g frozen sweetcorn (1pp) and 28g salad cream (1pp).
I've a spare 2 points not been accounted for, so may have a mallow water (1pp) just to keep me going during my classes until I can have my tea.

Heading to see the boy after class

On a late again tomorrow.
Not sure how I feel about it, but we'll see.
The most senior member of customer services (who i think should've been supervisor instead, because I've learned miles more from her than i have from him) other than the supervisor was in today and reassured me about it.
The supervisor is on holiday for the rest of the week anyway.

Think that's it from me today.
Hope everyone's had a good day.

Hey Sweetie :)

I'm glad that Wednesday has been a better day for you :) It sounds as though you have your food sussed, totally agree about having snacks before and during classes, you don't want to flake out or nor be able to work to your full potential!
How are u feeling about tomorrow's WI?

Lots of love. X

Yeah, it is 6pp.

But that's the new recipe.
The one that I've got is the old recipe and 7pp.
So I need to eat that up and keep an eye out when I buy new ones.

Something else changed their recipe and points as well just recently - not sure if it was the spag bol changing from
8 to 7 or if it was something else.
Glad you enjoyed the lasagne though =)

Yeah, I really enjoy the classes.
I've missed body tone and body combat for the last 2 weeks, which I was gutted about because they're my toughest 2 classes and the night before weigh in so a good last minute push.

My new rota means I miss aquafit on a Monday night and Zumba on a Thursday night, but have found an alternative Zumba class on a Tuesday morning which is my day off.
And I'm not too fussed about aquafit as I'm not much of a fan of swimming.
