I'm not sure how I'm feeling about tomorrow.
I hope it goes ok.
Would be really awesome if I could kick an extra half a pound, then another 2.5 next week and I'll be at goal and have lost 2.5 stone. But not too worried if that doesn't happen.

I just see people put on week after week after week and it confuses me how it's possible.
WW is just so easy to follow, so there's no need for it really.

And their just wasting their money keep going to class each week when they can just know they're putting on at home.
But hey ho.

You are an inspiration tho hun i mean luk how much u have lost in a matter off weeks. Mine just cums off so slow but honestly if it wasnt for u girls i would of given up.x

This baffles me too! I'm a big girl and I often struggle to eat more than the minimum. Also you have your 49 so there is literally a massive amount to fall back on!

I also agree with Emma about going to group knowing you've put on. I don't see the point. If you're not following the plan don't torture yourself by going week after week to be told you've put on.

Sometimes a gain and sts's are unavoidable and baffle you (like me this week!! No idea how I didn't lose!! Lol ) . But if you've been pigging out constantly you've only yourself to blame when you do gain week after week.

What a waste of time and money.

I think people just 'blow it' and then don't track, even when I've had my cheat meal and used 30/40pp I've still tracked every mouthful! X
 
Im guna have to work my butt off after my sataday nite out. I think but i wil double check that pints of lager are 2points so im guna get sum a.p earned so im not doing 2 much damage.x

Yeah I know what you mean I track (or at least attempt to track) everything that I eat. I don't tend to track drinks other than milk and hot chocolate as I very rarely have anything other than water. But I imagine as my points go down ill have to be a bit more strict about it.

If I have a cheat day it is easy to use all my weeklies. If I have a Chinese or Indian for example they're all gone. But it is rare that I have days like that now because I'm always working in my cheat day (Saturday). What I mean is people that have cheat days everyday. Weight watchers gives you a lot of leeway but not that much lol.

I have my Cheat Day normally on a Saturday too :) Then I have a whole 5 Days to just stick to my 26! X
