Everyone else has got one... so now it's my turn

Quick update because I've been on the go constantly today and want to chill out and eat my ice cream before going to bed.

Back in the gym this morning.
I dread going now since my instructor changed my routine to 50 minutes of cardio.
But I always feel so good afterwards, which is why I haven't given it up yet.
And the abs part is definitely working though as I can see the hard work.
My flabby upper belly bit is getting more toned.
Oh yeah!

Right, so gym out the way, rushed around to get to work.
Ended up getting there 10 minutes later than I'd hoped (because it's a jobcentre work experience, I can choose when I start my 6 hour shift each day).
Started off quietly, getting stock out, then got caught up doing a massive move and ended up working 10 minutes extra.
Which I wouldn't have minded, but that meant leaving at 3:50 and I had a jobcentre appointment at 4.
Ah well, I think a reasonable excuse to be late (which I wasn't thankfully as I'm working a 3 minute drive away) is because I was working too hard in my work experience haha.

Headed straight home from the jobcentre, grabbed an apple and went to pick up my cousin to go to laserforce.
I'm a volunteer youth worker, and tonight was a trip to laserforce, and my cousin goes, so I told his mum (who's actually my cousin's wife so therefore my 'cousin' is actually my second cousin, but technicalities haha) that I'd take him for her.
I didn't think I was going to get to go in, but there were some no-shows so I got a turn.
I was captain of the reds, and our team won 2 out of the 3 games.
In between the games was snack time - first break was drinks - I gave my drink away - it was a choice of pop or water - I already had water in my bag and I don't drink pop, so I thought rather than waste it, someone might as well have it.
The same happened again in the second break when there was ice cream on offer.
And finally, after the last game, it was time for the food. The options were chicken nuggets & chips or pizza & chips.
I stayed well away again and went to my lunchbox in my bag where I still had a Weetabix Oaty Bar (Strawberry flavour, just 1pp each) and a WW Caramel Mallow for 1pp also in there. So I ate those whilst the others munched on their hot food.
The chips they had were the mccains microwave crinkle cut chips. I looked them up and they're only 4pp for a box of 100g. A bargain considering WW chips are 5 for 100g. So I could've had a box, but I'll know for future reference.
Think I'm gonna buy some and stick them in my freezer for days where I have lots of points to use up.

On the way home, took my cousin to mcdonalds (only drive thru though) and he had a happy meal.
Extremely easy to resist that one as I greatly dislike mcdonalds.
Dropped him off home, then took mum to morrisons.
Bought a bunch of ice creams/lollies (shall post a pic in a mo with points) and got some petrol - the real reason I went over there.

Then finally hometime and time for food, which was about half 9 by then.
Just been catching up on the site and am about to go use up my last 4pp on ww strawberry meringue and make my lunch for the morning to stop me faffing about again in the morning and being late again haha.

Mini twisters are only 1pp as well (bigger ones are 2pp)
I got a box of 12 in morrisons for 94p a few weeks ago, but they've gone off offer again now. However I think one of the supermarkets (poss tesco) have got them for like £1.25 at the moment.
 
I hope he does. I don't wear dresses very often. I've sent him a pic but he says he wants to see it in person.
I'm going to Lincoln this weekend to visit my friend. She's having a flat warming party, so gonna take it with me, either l wear to the party or to wear out in Lincoln town if we go out on the other night.

You haven't got a great deal to lose. As long as you stick to plan, it shouldn't be a problem.

aww thats nice then cant remember last time i hit town! i prefer the locals where i kno everyone!!
i fancied turkey, tom(my fiance) wantsto go back to lanzarote but i like tryin new places!!! went to cyprus last year was expensive but i love the heat!!!

I've been to Turkey and Lanzarote, personally I preferred Turkey as it was cheaper to do stuff and it was warmer and less windy. X

Loving your choice of Ice-Creams Sweetie! I'm not keen on Ice-Cream (Unless its Pistachio and in a Waffle Cone!) but these seem like really reasonable PPs! X

Good golly.
What a busy couple of hours catching up on all my subscriptions.
Everyone decided today would be the day to restart posting haha.
Finally got there.

Today - down the gym for an hour and 15 minutes.
Then to work.
Got a text reminding me that I'd agreed to help my friend with his gym instructor assessment tomorrow morning.
AH! Tomorrow's weigh in day.
Hoping to be finished the assessment in time to get to meeting.
So did an extra hour and a half at my work experience today, so I can take that off tomorrow's shift to make sure I get done what I need to get done.
Work was ok. Was busy all day, but it's better than having nothing to do and being bored.

Then got home, straight to body tone followed immediately by body combat.
Wednesdays is my busy day exercise wise.
I do gym in the morning and then 2 back to back classes.
When I'm not working, I also go to spirals pilates at lunchtime.
I've earned 28 activity points today, with just 34 steps to go before gaining another one.
I suppose earning all these points on a wednesday is really useful as it's night before weigh in.
So it means I've put in extra effort to get rid of those last few ounces and also if I've had a dodgy day during the week, it kinda helps cancel it out.

Last night at laserforce they young people had mccains micro chips as part of their party pack.
I haven't had them in yonks, and worked them out as just 4pp per box of 100g.
Bargain as ww chips are 5pp for 100g and I don't have to weigh the micro chips out.
Mum managed to get me some in the local freezer shop today, so had a box of them with 3 veggie fingers and 38g of salad cream - just 9pp the entire lot.

Got a few points left for snacking - it'll be ice cream and cake.

Another before picture.
Well, actually, a kinda during.
This is a pic of me and my bf up Mount Snowdon, 10 days after starting weight watchers at home, and 3 days after joining the weight watchers meeting.
This was before I weighed in that following Thursday and got told I had lost 6lbs.
I think it's quite a horrible photo of me tbh (although I'm not a big fan of having my photo taken anyway), but I'm sticking it up as a motivational picture for me.
I don't think I look like that anymore, at least I hope not, and I don't want to look like that again.
Crazy to think that that was taken less than 7 weeks ago.

I'm thinking of something for the Challenge but tbh there isn't anything I really eat too much of or is too unhealthy so I'm trying to think of something, normally it would of been cheese but I've already given that up and have Babybels/Phili which I need for my Calcium and Protein as a Veggie...I'm sure I will think of something! Good Luck for WI, really looking forward to hearing how u get on! Then it's my turn tomorrow morning, uh-oh! Have a fab Thursday Sweetie. X

And thanks, it has been quite a quick and dramatic weight loss. I still struggle to see a difference sometimes, but that's because I see myself every day and it's hard to notice the little changes. Soon it'll hit me big time as I'll notice all those little changes at once and it'll be a big change.
I do know that my boobs have changed. They look so big in that picture =( They're definitely not like that now and are getting smaller and smaller. But my bf has says he'll buy me a whole new wardrobe, including underwear when I'm at goal. Might even let him pick out a few things he likes ;) haha

Don't worry if you can't find something to give up. Maybe you can stick to walking at least half an hour every day as your willpower challenge?!
And thanks for the luck about weigh in. Just need to be able to get there on time, that's the thing I need luck with haha.

You'll definitely be fine this week. You made some brilliant choices away, and throughout the week, and you've introduced mild exercise into your day and that should count for something.

Hey Sweetie, Hope u made it to WI? I am an early riser, will normally wake up at about 6 and have an hour on the iPad before Poppy stirs and wants her brekkie! You'll not very often see me on here in the evenings as I'm normally asleep on the sofa lol. I'm loving the idea abut the walking, half an hour per day is definitely doable and should make as much of a difference To my routine as someone giving something up would! It'll probably chuck it down with rain all week now lol x
 
Very very quick update as I'm off to see the boy.
Haven't seen him for over a week.
Seems strange.
Usually see hime at least twice a week.

Anyway

Went to friend's gym instrutor assessment, did what we needed to do in enough time for me to bomb back home to make my meeting.
He passed his assessment (finally... only took him 3 attempts haha)
Got to weigh in, hoping to lose 2lbs and hit 11 stone.
Got on the scales - they said 10 stone 13.5lbs. 2.5lbs gone!
Yay!!
And I now weigh in the 10s.
Only 1.5lbs to go to reach 1.5stone lost. Definitely make that next week! No doubts about it haha.

Then headed to work, came home, went to Zumba.
Just cooking my dinner (WW Tagliatelle Bolognese tonight - £1.25 or 3 for £3 in Iceland and just 7pp - one of my fave WW meals).

Then, once I've eaten that and straightened my hair, I'm off.

About to go catch up on a few forums whilst eating my dinner (yes, I eat at my computer - should really give that up as my willpower challenge, but I'm not going to :p haha)
