Hey Sweetie, Hope u made it to WI? I am an early riser, will normally wake up at about 6 and have an hour on the iPad before Poppy stirs and wants her brekkie! You'll not very often see me on here in the evenings as I'm normally asleep on the sofa lol. I'm loving the idea abut the walking, half an hour per day is definitely doable and should make as much of a difference To my routine as someone giving something up would! It'll probably chuck it down with rain all week now lol x

And even if it does rain, there's someone called Leslie Sansone and she does walking videos (a bunch are on youtube).
Maybe you can do a few of those.
I really like watching her, and she's very popular with people on here, but I don't want to do too much exercise, get all confused and not get anywhere.
I know what I'm doing with the gym and my classes. Don't want to overdo it.
But yes, even making new positive habits can help just as much as ditching an old bad habit =D
