Good evening you lovely lot...
well day one of week 4 and had a pretty good day. Had a very good sleep last night and feel much better today... no more grumpy mood!
Todays menu has been a red day:
Breakfast: weetabix (hex b) and milk (hex a)
Lunch: wholemeal roll (hex b) with cheese (hex a) and ham
Tea: prawns, bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots and mushrooms with a sweet and sour sauce (4.5 syns) follwed by a punnet of strawberries
Snacks: 1 muller light, a fruit salad containing kiwi, pineapple, apple, orange, pasion fruit and grapes, half a packet of fresh mussles (were supposed to be with my stir fry but me and my son ate them whilst cooking tea) and I've had a packet of quavers (4.5)
Fluid intake: I have had 2 litres of water, 2 cups of coffee and a small bottle of diet coke
I feel like I have eaten loads today... does it seem ok? xx
