I lost mine too not as young as you but it doesnt stop us missing them. I think my kids have done ok im probably too soft with em lol. But they are good kids never been in any trouble and have grown up knowing love and respect and thats 2 important things in my eyes. Your mum would have been proud of you hun xx

I have a wonderful dad who has kept me going, i live to make him proud. we have had our ups and downs, he had to manage a stroppy teenage all by himself but we got through it, I have made some bad decisions in life but I am not one of these people who blame my environment or events in life, I have always made my own choices and i wouldnt be the person I am today if i had done things differently. I could give jeremy kyle a run for his money I tell ya lol xx

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't been around, taken on more at work and I'm exhausted. It was weigh in this morning and I've lost 1lb. Very pleased with that after my very off plan weekend! That's 13lb gone now.

Had a red day today;
Fruit for breakfast
Bacon, scrambled egg, tomatoes and whole meal toast (hex b) for lunch
Tea will be some form of meat with salad
Haven't used any syns yet but will be some crisps and salad cream.
I finished work early today to take holly to her swimming lesson, not seen her swim for ages so looking forward to it. Everyone had a good day? Xx

Morning everyone, how are we all? I am on a red day today, just upgraded my laptop to windows 8 and the return button won't work so excuse the way I type this.... breakfast has been bacon and cheese on wholemeal toast (1 x b and 1 x a), I am going to Costco soon and going to get a prawn and salmon salad for lunch, tea will be a chicken and stir fried vegetables. Not sure what my syns will be yet. I am also going to aim to drink lots of water or NAS juice as I haven't been having very much lately. I have bought some more green tea (with pineapple and grapefruit) and some other twinning's tea but cant remember what it is. Anyone got plans for today? xx

Hi nettie glad to see you back. Ive been out to lunch with sis today, I dont see much of her because of her shifts so was nice to catch up. I was doing house removals yesterday as Daughter and Son in Law have moved into a bigger house.

Just had my tea and I am stuffed.
And I have finally sorted the return button! woo

So today I have eaten:
Breakfast: bacon, cheese (hex a) toast (hex b)
Lunch: salmon, king prawns, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber and spinach. followed by mango and strawberry.
Tea: chicken, bean sprouts, carrots, broccoli, peppers (mixed), mushrooms, onions.
Snacks: stir fry sauce (3 syns) 2x alpen light bars (hex b)
Drinks: 1 cup of tea, 1 cup of coffee and 1 can of diet coke... not good!
If I am hungry later I will have a nibble on a fruit salad which is prepared in the fridge.

I was going to use the tread mill tonight but I really cant be bothered, I haven't run for a few weeks due to sleeping every spare minute I had. I am going to have a nice long soak in the bath and then get myself ready for work tomorrow.

You have a nice time with your sister texty? I haven't seen my sister for far too long but she lives in Bedford, hoping to go and see her in April/May time xx

She only lives 5 minutes away nettie but I rarely see her as she works all the hours god sends poor bugga. It was nice to spend some time with her and catch up.

Ive not had much to drink today either naughty me grrr I always have good intentions.
