Everyone has a fat friend... I don't want to be yours! 2013...

I did think I should have eaten another meal in between... had no children to get up for this morning so had a nice lie in.
I am going to plan my meals for the full week today and make sure I am prepared. I haven't been prepared for lunch times at work lately so have either eaten very little or not at all. I went food shopping yesterday so I know I have stuff in for the week and I am going to make bigger portions at tea time so I can take it to work the next day.
I work near a Tesco so in the morning I am going to get some fruit that I can keep in a bowl in my office so I am never running low. I have got to do this... its not like SW is hard, its just that I need to change my habits!
You've done so well, I am sure you will get back to it this week after your take away. How much have you got left to lose now? x
 
I want to get down to 11stone and then see how I feel about losing anymore so i need another 1st 6lbs off to get there. It feels like it will take so long to do it, its taken me about 9.5mnths to lose 2st. I had 2 weeks off in the Summer last year.

Planning is definitely the key, I should have done it long before I did, I used to just grab something quick for lunch and then not prepare for tea which is when id end up eating any old thing from the freezer ( not a good idea as it was all rubbish).

Make some SW quiches they keep for a few days and can be eaten as snacks or with beans or something for lunch. Spag Bol. chillies, curries etc can be frozen for your evening meals and then you can take the extra for lunches. Thats what I do now and it saves wondering what to have too.

Most definitely I sure am its kept me going and I feel accountable to everyone for what I eat lol. Im thinking small targets/goals at the minute, I want another 6.5lbs off for my hols in 8 weeks anything more than that is a bonus.

I couldnt cope without minis and the lovely people here. xx So glad your not giving up hun. Its hard but will be worth it.
 
Evening all
Today has been another RED day:
Breakfast: fruit salad and WW yoghurt
Dinner: beef salad, fruit
Tea: chicken and bacon with mushroom, courgette, tinned tomatoes, garlic, mixed herbs and peppers, carrots and broccoli
Syns: packet of wotsits (4.5 syns)
Salad cream 2 syns
Still need to have 2 hex Bs and As. Will probably have some Weetabix later or something.
Drinks: 2 peppermint teas and 2 cups of tea, can of diet coke
 
Hi all. Just dropping by quickly to update.
I have had a red day today although I've stuck to the plan I haven't had set meal times. I have eaten the following food...
9am: cup of tea
10am: packet of wotsits 4.5 syns and a cup of coffee
11am: bacon on toast 2x hex B
3pm: fruit salad (water melon, pineapple, strawberries, Satsuma) and a cup of coffee
6pm: steak with salad
I have also had a litre of water and 2 pints of NAS juice.
I am having a green day tomorrow and have planned meals around being in meetings all day. Got a meeting 9-10 where we eat breakfast together anyway which will be fruit, then a meeting 10-12, then a meeting 12-1 where I can eat my lunch of cous cous, salad and boiled eggs. I have another meeting at 1-2:30 and then another one from 3:30-4:30 then I finish work at 5pm. very busy day and I know that if I don't eat during the day I will binge when I get home. My fruit salad and my lunch are in the fridge ready to take with me tomorrow and I have provided the breakfast for the first meeting so I know I can stick to plan. Still feeling crap but I jumped on the scales this morning and they show a loss of 1lb, I just need to see this number go down each week.

I hope the scales are good to you nettie - good luck. Sounds like you have tomorrow sorted a bit with food, your right you would pick when you got home if you had nothing. Your day sounds hectic lol
 
very hectic! and I know I will be soooo tired when I get home, these meetings use so much brain power!

I'm not too keen on meetings myself Texty but I have been in more and more since taking on this new role at work, I love the paperwork side of it and all the changes are exciting although very exhausting.
Anyone got plans for today? xx

Unlike your work mine is so dull at the moment and apart from rewriting policies & procedures ( yawn) I have not one iota of work . So my working day will be pretty dull. Still, applying elsewhere! Tonight I am driving to a little town half an hour away to learn how to decorate cupcakes in ' shabby chic' style. Nervous as never done anything like this before... But hoping it'll be a laugh

Well what a day! I came home at 5pm and got straight in a very deep bubbly bath with radox and read a few chapters of my book.
I have had a very good day food wise today, had another RED day:
Breakfast: Satsuma x2, water melon and mango
Lunch: cous cous with salad and a boiled egg, followed by a fruit salad of passion fruit, blueberries, strawberries, water melon, mango and pomegranate
Tea: SW lamb rogan josh with rice (2 x hex B)
Drinks: 3 cups of coffee and 2 cups of tea, 2 pints of NAS juice
Syns: a cookie (3 syns)
packet of wotsits (4.5 syns)

Its weigh in day tomorrow.... hoping for at least 1lb loss to get to 1stone loss in total xx
 
Hello chick you have had a fab day with your food well done. Good Luck for WI tomorrow you will do it. I have a feeling ill be in non stop meetings once I get a date for my new post. It will be interesting but hard work me thinks

Just a quick message as I really should be ironing my clothes and straightening my hair right now but I've just weighed in and I've lost 2lbs... that's the first stone plus an extra lb gone! Here's to the next stone... onwards and downwards! xx
 
Well done on the loss. I seen u have been thinking it wasn't coming off but just goes to show u never can tell till u get on the scales. I like the way u are losing it cause u are still having a social life eating out and such so I think u are doing fabulously well!!! Keep up the good work chum xx
