I don't know how to do SE, I don't have any books etc as I don't go to class??
I am sick of looking for jeans now, looks like a trip to new look is on the cards tomorrow so I can try some on, I hate trying clothes on in shops, I just want to pick them off the shelf and know they fit.
 
Apparently Dorothy Perkins are good for jeans my friend wont buy hers from anywhere else.

I have always found that DP jeans are too low on the waist, I need them high rise so I can tuck my chub in! lol
I have just had a look on la redoute but I really need to try some on as my waist has got smaller but my thighs are still massive!
 
You sound like you have the same problem as my sis with jeans/trousers. When shes out shopping for them she holds them in front of her and if theres not enough material between the waist and the crotch she knows they wont fit lol. She keeps sayin theres not enough material as she like to wear them like belly warmers lol.

Low rise just give a muffin!! I struggle to get jeans as only want flares. Boot cut are WAY too narrow for me.

It's great to see the change in clothes. I was just saying on my diary the other day how I feel bigger than ever now and think its because I'm admitting it and am paying more attention to my body!

If you stick to plan with small portions you should be ok. If you've had 4 bad days you might have to swallow a loss but sometimes we need to go off the rails a bit to keep on track! You're back on it anyway so that's the good thing!

Well... back on track now and hoping to STS this week. I weighed myself on Monday (I think) and I had put 2lbs on so hoping to get that off although I am expecting at least a 1lb gain. My own fault!
How has the week been for everyone else? x
 
Hi nettie - if your expecting a gain I hope its not too bad. I think when you know what you have done and you know you deserve a gain you can kind of accept it. The problem is when you know you have been 100% and still gain. So dont stress about your possible gain, make it a fresh week and get back on track. You will have a great loss next week as you were doing a cracking job before the weekend. Good luck hun x
 
hello texty! I have defo accepted that there will be a gain, I've prepared myself for 3lb on lol. Back to it 100% now and we shall see what next week brings :)
 
Lol it may not be that bad hun I think we get so worked up and its all because we use our own stupid scales lol. Its a habit I cant get out of every day- mine are showing another STS grrrr
 
Because I don't go to group I always use my own anyway but need to stop weighing in throughout the week. It's Tyler birthday next week so I will be going out for tea at some point, I think he wants to go to Frankie and Bennys. I've just ordered him a new dell mini netbook, he's going to be so pleased x
 
I do go but its still an addiction lol I cant help it. Aww he will be chuffed with that hun. I think im going to Nandos on Sunday with daughter and then looking in the shops for holiday clothes

Yayyyy well done hunny! That's great. I'm prepared for the blip but I'm hoping I've done a bit of damage limitation now I've been extra good since Monday... Can't wait to get tomorrow over and done with xx

Morning everyone- sorry I haven't been around much. Well after pulling it together and being extra good at the last minute I am extremely lucky to be able to say that......... I LOST 1LB! I can't believe it. I plan on being extra good all week so this weeks blip doesn't catch up with me somewhere along the line. That's 17lbs gone now, 7lbs until club 10, 4lbs until I have lost 1.5stone. I'm getting there girlies! xx
