I've decided against eating my hex B's, I'm not hungry at all.

So the daim and the doritos were within my 15 syns anyway, came to 14.5... lovely! :D
 
Morning all... Weigh in day is looming! Just had a sneaky weigh in and I'd be extremely happy if those scales say the same tomorrow morning as they do now! Going in a training course today and a few people are going to burger king for lunch... Not me! I ain't ruining the work I've put in this week! Have a good day everyone! Xx

Good evening lovely people!
I've had a good day today, been on training which went quite quickly and was quite useful. So todays food diary has consisted of:
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix and milk, a cup of tea and an apple (hex a and hex b)
Lunch: well... work ended up providing lunch but I was as good as I could be...
2 cocktails sticks with cherry tomato, pepper and a chunk of cheese (hex a)
king prawns off a sandwich (didn't eat the bread)
a bite sized quiche which has cheese, pepper and spring onion in.. I'm going to syn it at 6 just incase
ham off a sandwich (didn't eat the bread)
pineapple, grape, strawberry and kiwi
Tea: salad (mixed leaves, shredded carrot, red pepper, cucumber, celery and beetroot) with lamb steaks
Drinks: 1 litre and 2 pints of NAS, 2 cups of tea, 2 cups of coffee and a coconut options hot chocolate (2 syns)

Weigh in day is the only thing on my mind and I sooo want a loss! Had enough of STS every other week. The girls from work want me to go out next week but I have decided not to go. I'm not really in the mood to go out anyway but I really don't want to go off plan, I know I will if we go out. I have suggested instead of a night out drinking we will can just go for something to eat after work and we may to go a roller skating rink which used to be open when we were teenagers, its just reopened so we may go and re-live some memories!

Fab day hunnie well done. I know you will do well at WI tomorrow. If they dont fancy roller skating what about going to see a film or something?

Bad few days coming for me, work want us to have a fish n chip day tomorrow , so I think ill get the fish without batter and halve a portion of chips with someone,then were out at daughters tomorrow for tea her hubby is cooking for us all, dont know yet what hes making but he knows i want healthy stuff. Then Im out with the girls on Sat night, ive not been out since before xmas so I wasnt going to say no lol. So if I have to I might to SE from Sunday to Wed will see

I am never weighing in the day before official weigh in again... I am going to try so hard not to weigh in now until Thursday! The scales were 3lb off yesterday morning! Where did that 2lb come from?!

Exactly what happenned to me last week. Was so excited to be in the 13s and to have had a good loss and nearly lost my stone then 'bang' at weigh in 4 days later I was 2 off instead of 3.5- and like you I'd been good.

1lb is good and down down down you go!!

Nettie, chin up and 1lb off is better than etc etc etc :) but I know how frustrating it is when you were expecting and hoping for a bit more. I've been there many times. Weight fluctuates as you know, try drinking more water today hun, flush away those pesky pounds..I bet your next result will make you smile :)

Hope you manage a roller skating evening..sounds fun!!!!

Yes I'm winging my way to 500 posts. I also have another miniminers diary I'm waiting to subscribe to when I get to 500 & will come and find you then. I do have one. It's 'determined to be foxy 42 by 2014'. Not so much a food diary as outpouring of my day on 'paper'. Your loss is just fab!

I am very busy tonight, doing some paper work... quite interesting actually... working out post-natal depression rates between 2009-2012 as well as children's development at the end of reception.... sounds boring I know but I do like a bit of data! lol
Here's to a great week ahead, got my lunch prepared for tomorrow... king prawns and salad with 2 boiled eggs and I've prepared a fruit salad to munch through during the day... water melon, pomegranate, pineapple, honey dew melon, strawberries and mango (its looks delicious!) xx

Morning everyone, again just a quick whistle stop! I am off on my driving lesson soon and then I am going into work for a few hours. I'm going to help a colleague at another children's centre with preparing for her building to be painted. My OH is already there as my work have commissioned him in to paint the building... its unlikely I will see him for a few weekends after today as the building is a very old 7 bedroomed house with long corridors and very high ceilings! Hope you all have a lovely day, will update fodd wise later on this evening xx
 
Hello hun, not been home long, just put the kids tea in the oven. I have had a full day totally off plan today, not going to beat myself up about it, its done now, back on it tomorrow! Going to go in the bath when the kids have gone to bed, they are playing so nicely together so going to let them stay up late tonight. Ste is still out doing the painting so it looks like a very quiet evening for me. Everyone had a good day? x
 
Hi hun, well... I've had a terrible weekend food wise. I haven't stuck to the plan at all since Thursday when I weighed in. I have weighed myself this morning and I have put 1lb on, will probably be another 1lb on by tomorrow morning. I haven't got an excuse, just lack of planning and laziness! I've just popped on here to get back in the zone before its too late. If I can maintain this week I will be a very lucky girl! I am planning on having egg, bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms for tea with wholemeal toast then I am going to get my lunch ready for tomorrow and prepare a fruit salad... with 3 days to pull this together I am now in panic mode! However, it is all my own fault so I wont be moaning about it.
I've been looking on line for the past 2 hours for some new jeans... I hate shopping for jeans and trousers but the ones I have on today almost fall down to my knees when I walk upstairs. I have been using a belt which I bought quite a while ago but it wouldn't fit... I am wearing it today on the 4th hole! Funny really as I don't feel any smaller at all. I cant find any jeans so I don't know what I am going to do! Frustrated!
 
Well .... the jeans thing is a fab NSV for you so that should spur you on if nothing else hun. Could you do SE for a couple of days? we discussed it in class last week and apparently its good to boost your losses. Might be worth a try?

Im sure it wont be as bad as you think, we always think the worst.
