hi ladies... well the party.... erm, it was definitely an experience. we got there for about 6:20pm, the invite said 6:00pm. we went in and no one was there! one of the girls who was with us is muslim and she said that people are always late for muslim celebrations so it was normal. people didn't start arriving until about 7pm and the girls who party is was didn't arrive until 7:45pm. despite the waiting we are glad we went, Rajina (our friend) looked absolutely gorgeous and it was so moving. she sat on stage all night whilst people fed her fruit and cake and she fed others too, we all had professional photos done with her and we had some food at about 9:30pm. We left after the food as we were all at work this morning. all the females looked absolutely gorgeous in all their traditional clothing and jewellery. her brothers all wore the same outfit and served us food and drink. I didn't get any photos im afraid as my phone went dead.
Today has been a good day and guess what texty... I've eaten today! lol
Breakfast: scrambled egg, yoghurt and grapes
Lunch: ham, boiled egg, salad and mixed melon
Tea: home made chicken and veg pizza on wholemeal muffin (hex b and hex a)
Snacks: packet of hula hoops
Drinks: almost 2.5 litres of water
Exercise: been a bit lazy today at the gym and did 4.8 miles on the exercise bike in 20 minutes, 15 minutes on the rowing machine, 15 minutes on the treadmill and 20 reps on the leg and arms weights, I was at the gym for an hour but could have worked harder.
I've also had a good day at work, I was covering reception at my administrator was off sick and I got loads of paperwork done and did a team meeting. All in all a positive day. Has everyone had a good day? xx

hello lovelies, not been in from work long and what an eventful day!
I've covered reception at work so got loads of paperwork and filing done today- feel much more organised.
Ste phoned me at about 11:30am to see if I could come out for lunch, so I took an hours lunch break and he took me to.... buy a new car!!!
We have been talking about getting one as I bought the car I've got now (a clio) as a car to practice in whilst I was taking lessons and its a bit scratched and has a few bumps. I said I would keep this car for another year and then get Nissan micra (I love the shape and they look quite girlie) Anyway, Ste said he saw the perfect one so he went to look at it this morning whilst I was at work and then took me to see it at lunch time, he will pick it up tomorrow for me whilst I'm at work. It's not brand new, its a 2005 plate but its in great condition and looks new inside. I'm so lucky to have him, he is just amazing and spoils me far too much... not that I want him to stop! lol
Food wise has been ok although I didn't eat lunch as I didn't have time: another RED day for me

Lunch: had fruit salad and a WW yoghurt when I got back in the office
Tea: will be braising steak with veg and carrot and swede mash
Snacks: packet of hula hoops
Drinks: 2 cups of coffee and 2 litres of water (aiming for another litre before bed)
Exercise: none today, was going to the gym but my friend is ill and I'm still not brave enough to go it alone.
Weigh in day tomorrow... nervous!!

I know, he is fab, I couldn't have found a better man. He has totally turned my life around and taken tyler on as his own which has been the biggest thing for me and tyler.
I don't know what to expect for tomorrow, I think I am going to STS but obviously I'd love a loss. Have you had a sneaky weigh in this week? x
