Everyone has a fat friend... I don't want to be yours! 2013...

just jumped on the scales before I had a bath and they say the same as they did this morning. I have changed my scales to pounds instead of stones as they don't show half pounds, as I am aiming for 1.4lbs a week I will be able to see a more precise number in pounds. I'm going to be soon, ste watched shameless and it makes me so angry that programme, its absolutely vile. My friend calls me a snob lol xx
 
Me too I suddenly increase to 10 times my usual size & am sure my blood turns to lead!

definitely! my whole body feels so bloated, im sure even my feet get bigger! lol x
 
Morning ladies, just weighed in and its STS for me. Not very happy but at least its not a gain. Just looked back at previous weeks on my weight loss log and it could possibly be TOTM this week but as I don't have periods I can't be 100% sure. Off to the gym tonight and I've joined the 30 day squat challenge so will do 55 squats this morning before work. Get my car today, can't wait! Although I think I might be a little scared to drive it as its not got any scratches or anything.... YET! lol

Sts always a bit 'oomph' I know but sometimes we need to level out, also the exercise might make your weight loss slow a little bit at first. Keep going it'll be a good loss next week x
 
Thanks hunny. I'm just glad those gains that were showing on the scales during the week have gone.
I've not been in long and I'm shattered today. Problem with the car I went to see yesterday- the fella at the garage said it would be ready by lunchtime today and then he rang ste and said it won't be ready until next Wednesday. I would have normally waited but can you believe that when ste took my car today (we were keeping it on my dads drive way to sell it) its flippin broke down! So Ste has spent all day looking for another car, we have just been and paid a deposit for a Suzuki swift- its actually loads nicer and newer than the micra so I am secretly glad the micra fell through lol.
I've had a good day at work, I haven't been at my own work today, I've been supporting staff at another children's centre we run- it's been good working with other people.
Food wise I have been good! I've had an EE day today
Breakfast: mixed fruit salad and a coffee
Lunch: ham and boiled egg salad and a mug shot
Tea: just ordered take away and I'm having boiled rice with tandoori chicken and lamb, will have a dribble of masala sauce on my rice, and salad
Snacks: punnet of strawberries
Drinks: 2 cups of coffee and 2 litres of water
Exercise: had to cancel the gym due to looking at the car so I will do day 2 of the 30 day squat challenge (55 squats) and if I can be bothered moving I'll do a bit on the treadmill
 
Just done my 55 squats, definitely feel the burn towards the end! Just in bed now watching 24 hours in a&e whilst reading a book and drinking my 3rd litre of water x

Hi hunni well done on the STS - I think its good you have looked back through your logs re TOTM. Im like you and dont have them, but its well known fact we still get the "symptons" ie feeling heavy, sore boobs, but you know you have done nothing wrong so just stick with it.

You have eaten again lol - I like that habit ( keep it up while im away) lol.

Pants about the micra but yay to the swift - lady about town look out :D

Yes ive been in the same position and ive found some didnt like it as I was losing the weight.

How much have you lost so far I cant see the bar on the side as im on my phone

I shall do you proud whilst your away! I quite like this eating habit.
Just hope everything goes ok with this car now, fingers crossed xx
 
Lol well eating will keep your engine running, putting petrol/diesel in will keep the cars engine running so I think ill hear good results on my return. x

My friends have been amazing support- cant fault them at all.
I have had slow progress but I've lost 1st 4lbs since January, how about you?

Ive just restarted a vlcd they all saw me go from size 18-20 down to a 12 last year and all seem to think I should stay that way. This is because they didn't meet me when I used to be an 8-10. They aren't nasty but try to tempt me or say I sont need to lose. But I keep going anyway. First weigh in was Tuesday and I lost 10lbs since then im down another 3lbs so in 10 days im down 13lbs. It will slow down to 3lbs a week until target which is fine I should lose the weight by summer. Plus im hoping they wony be on my case so much as im covered up in winter coats
 
Hi hun hows your day been? Ill try to send an odd post on my thread whilst away if I can get free net/wifi lol. It will be too expensive to use my fone to do it. x
 
Hi hun, I was shattered last night and then developed a migraine. Got my car yesterday after work, had to rush around and get Tyler to karate, came home and had tea and then at about 9pm I went to bed to sleep off the migraine, feel much better today. Yesterday was a red day and I had:
Breakfast: melon and grapes with a cup of tea ( during a meeting)
Lunch: ham, boiled egg, beetroot and cottage cheese with salad, packet of ryvita minis - hex b
Tea: steak and stir fry veg
Snacks: none
Drinks: 2 litres of water, cup of tea, cup of coffee
Exercise: none!

I'm off to work now, but going to stop off at asda for my lunch first. I will have a decent loss this week!! Speak to you all tonight, have a good day xx
