Everyone has a fat friend... I don't want to be yours! 2013...

Good evening lovelies... how are we all?
I've had another EE day today but haven't done too well on the 3rd SF and I haven't eaten any fruit today (naughty naughty)
Breakfast: scrambled egg with fresh tomatoes chopped into it
Lunch: bacon, beans and cheese on wholemeal toast (hex a and hex b)
Tea: pasta, courgette, pepper, mushroom, onion, ww pasta sauce (3 syns), home made meat balls
snacks: boost cake bar (9.5 syns) wouldn't have had it if I knew it was that many!!
Drinks: 5 pints of NAS juice and a green tea with apple and pear
 
Hi love ive not eaten enough SF today either oops. WI tomorrow too gulp

Breakfast: cup of tea
Lunch: slice of wholemeal toast with flora light (1.5 syns), fruit salad (kiwi, nectarine, pink grapefruit, water melon and strawberries)
Tea: pork, SW chips, broccoli and carrots
HEX A: milk in tea and coffee
 
Hi hun another good day for ya. I STS this week so am a bit disappointed to say the least. Never mind its a new week now hows you
 
Hi texty, sts is better than a gain and hopefully your hard work will show on the scales next week. I'm doing ok, struggling a bit with the food routine malarkey, my meal times are all over the place!
Breakfast: fruit- water melon, pink grape fruit, kiwi, strawberry and nectarine
Lunch: bacon and chicken with a large salad
Tea: haven't got a clue what to have, just got in from work and then I'm taking Tyler to karate, won't be back til 7:30ish.
Syns: wotsits
Drinks: 3 cups of coffee and a cup of tea

Ste cooked tea whilst I was at Karate so it was just being served as I got in... lamb chops, carrot and potato mash, green beans and broccoli. all syn free and 1/3 SF... he did a good job!
I'm really hungry tonight, I could easily eat all night. Don't know what's up with me.
I've been weighing daily and the scales are showing a STS since official WI on Monday, I am desperate for a loss this week. I've had lots of compliments this week, at least 6 people have said they can really see I've lost weight. That's great but why don't I feel any different?!
 
It could be coming off in inches hun, but our scales are our own worst enemy, theyre an addiction I cant stop even though I know they arent right. Keep at it hun and try and go the weekend without the scales as it puts pressure on you

Uh oh... not good!
Last night I had a bit of a moment and I ate a fudge muffin and a chocolate chip cookie! Then today I bought cookies for the usual Friday meeting at work which I had every plan to resist and bought 2 prepared fruit salads, I ate the fruit salad and then ate 2 cookies and then I had a piece of cake!! I am so disappointed with myself but they tasted soooo good. So food wise today I've had...
Breakfast: fruit salad, strawberry, kiwi, apple and pineapple
Lunch: WW pitta bread (hex B), chicken and mixed leaf salad with grated carrot
Tea: home made burgers with added peppers and onion, SW chips
Syns: far too many to count!
Drinks: 2 cups of tea, 1 cup of coffee and a litre of water
 
Hey hun, the rest of your week has been good so maybe try to do damage limitation and do low syn days and up your sf? Try not to worry too much I know it's easier said than done but it will put pressure on you and it hinders your losses, trust me I know x
 
Evening hun - Adelle is so right. Put today aside its done now and the rest of your week has been spot on. You can do it, and still have a good result at WI on Monday
 
hi ladies, thanks so much for the encouragement. I weighed in this morning... as I do every morning... and I've gained 0.5lbs
I am desperate for 1lb loss this week to make it 1.5 stone so I need to be sooooo good this weekend.
The plan for today is:
Breakfast: 2 eggs on toast (hex B) no flora light today to avoid syns!
Lunch: fruit (melon, grapes, kiwi and apple) ham or chicken with a large salad (lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato, grated carrot and beetroot)
Tea: Salmon, new potatoes with veg- will make sure its super free
Snacks: will try my best to limit these to just fruit!
Drinks: tea and coffee using hex A, aiming for 5 pints of NAS juice

I just hope I can pull this back and lose that blummin pound! xx

Tea: salmon, rice, salad (cucumber, grated carrot, celery, pepper, tomato)
Snacks: none!
Drinks: 4 pints of NAS juice and 3 cups of coffee (hex A)

I soooo want this 1lb off on Mondays weigh in. We are having a BBQ tomorrow if the weather stays nice and I am going to have to be so disciplined. No white bread and no alcohol. Gonna be a tough one when everyone around me will be tucking in and drinking nice cold beer... mmmm crabbies ginger beer! arrgghhhh xx
