I know, can you believe it... me and a food routine. I had my toast at about 9:30 and I was starving by 11:30! lol x
 
I love the cheese and onion ones too. I think they were on offer in Tesco as he bought 2 bags of them, the other ones are rosemary and roast onion I think
 
The rosemary ones don't grab me for some reason. They are £1 a multipack at Asda so I'll pop there in the morning I think x
 
I'm just trying to plan tomorrows food, I'm in a meeting from 9-1ish. Its a senior leadership meeting so nothing too formal so I can eat fruit and yogurt in the morning but then I need to go back to my own base for lunch. Got a meeting then at 2pm and now that I have had 2 days of actually eating I don't want to ruin it, on a normal day like this I would have just not eaten anything til I got home.

I've also remembered that I am at a food festival on Saturday, I know I will be totally off plan that day. Its been planned for a few months now.
 
Thats what flexi synning is for love enjoy. Make sure you have something between 1 and 2. In between meetings
 
Morning lovelies... Just jumped on the scales (well not literally it is only 6:48am) and they are showing another 1lb LOSS???!
That's 3lbs since Monday, maybe EE is working for me now I'm getting the hang of it. I know my weight can and will fluctuate but this is really keeping me going. Have a nice day everyone xx
 
Evening all, ok so day 3 of the start and guess what... I've eaten again! lol
Breakfast: pineapple, apple and strawberries
Lunch: jacket potato, cheese (hex A), bacon, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion
Tea: home made chilli bulked out with pepper, onion and mushrooms, rice and broccoli
Snacks: sun bites (6 syns)
Drinks: 1 litre of water (aiming for another litre before the nights out)

I cant believe it, I cant wait to weigh in every day just to double check lol.

I've had a good day, had a meeting this morning til 1pm then I did some paper work and spent all afternoon phoning social workers and health visitors.

I'm doin good thanks hun, posted my food diary a few posts up and think I'm doing ok with EE. Feeling quite motivated and although I don't wanna become too much of a serial weigher I can't wait to do my daily weigh in tomorrow just to make sure I'm on track. Your doing grand hun - food is looking good well done. I love a sneaky peek at the scales, ive made a pact this week with flabtofit not to weigh as its too much pressure/disappointment when you see a gain that isnt real. So fingers crossed a good week ahead.

Thanks hun Ive waited ages to get my 2.5st or seems that way, it will push me to the next one now x
 
I don't know how you are resisting those scales... Ive been on mine again this morning and they are another 1lb down!! It's like my first week all over again when I lost 6lbs. I'm a bit worried about going to the food festival on Saturday- I don't want to gain some of that back.

Evening all. Hope everyone has had a good day? I have had a productive day at work and then took Tyler to his karate lesson- he had his first grading on Sunday and got presented with his yellow belt tonight. He was so pleased and I'm so proud, he's only been going for about 6 weeks.
Food wise has been good, another EE day:
Breakfast: pineapple and a cup of tea
Lunch: veg cous cous and chicken with a fruit salad (mango, melon, pineapple and kiwi)
Tea: chicken biryani bulked out with tomatoes, onion and mushroom, broccoli and cauliflower (1.5 syns)
Syns: sun bites x2 (12 syns)
Drinks: 2 coffee and 2 teas (using Hex A), half a litre of water and a pint of NAS juice
Exercise: going to do day 1 of the squat challenge soon before jumping in a nice hot bath.

Busy day tomorrow, got a meeting 9-1 and then a workshop with about 30 staff members from 2-4:30pm, I am having to do a presentation thing about line management and staffing structures for operational staff, I'm so nervous. I swear I develop a speech impediment when I have to speak to a group of people
 
another good day hun your doing brill. You will be fine doing the presentation just picture em all naked lol
 
hahaha omg texty, these are people I have worked with for varying lengths of time, some almost 4 years and some only a few weeks. I'd never be able to look at them the same again lol xx
