Everyone has a fat friend... I don't want to be yours! 2013...

Evening all. Hope everyone has had a good day? I have had a productive day at work and then took Tyler to his karate lesson- he had his first grading on Sunday and got presented with his yellow belt tonight. He was so pleased and I'm so proud, he's only been going for about 6 weeks.
Food wise has been good, another EE day:
Breakfast: pineapple and a cup of tea
Lunch: veg cous cous and chicken with a fruit salad (mango, melon, pineapple and kiwi)
Tea: chicken biryani bulked out with tomatoes, onion and mushroom, broccoli and cauliflower (1.5 syns)
Syns: sun bites x2 (12 syns)
Drinks: 2 coffee and 2 teas (using Hex A), half a litre of water and a pint of NAS juice
Exercise: going to do day 1 of the squat challenge soon before jumping in a nice hot bath.

Busy day tomorrow, got a meeting 9-1 and then a workshop with about 30 staff members from 2-4:30pm, I am having to do a presentation thing about line management and staffing structures for operational staff, I'm so nervous. I swear I develop a speech impediment when I have to speak to a group of people

I've got to do a presentation next weds and I'm dreading it too but have decided to do it informally like a chat as think that'll make me less nervous. You're doing so well- am intrigued to find out your final weight this week!
 
Afternoon everyone, i wasn't around last night as stes mum had the kids for us and we went out for a late tea. We had carvery and I chose very wisely and didnt have desert. I also resisted a home made chocolate cake at the workshop yesterday afternoon so all in all I'm happy with how this week is going. I'm off to the food festival today so having a day off plan, can't really count it as a flexi day as I can't plan how many syns I'll have and there's no way of seeing how many syns are in the food. The weather is awful but it's all part of the fun, I'll take some pics to post later.
I have continued to weigh on daily and the scales are showing 4lbs off, I'm looking forward to weighing in officially on Monday and EE is definitely the plan for me now. Hope everyone is havin a nice weekend xx

Hi chick - wowwwwwwwwwwwww 4lbs thats fantastic I hope by Monday they have stayed the same as that for you. Your doing brill and the plan certainly seems to be suiting you keep up the good work x
 
afternoon everyone, has everyone had a good weekend?
I went to the foodies festival yesterday, it rained all day and I was full of mud... it was great! I ate lots of samples but resisted buying anything that I wouldn't have eaten by the end of last night so that the temptation wasn't there today. I have some cheese left which tastes amazing, it cheddar with pickled onion!
It's weigh in day tomorrow and I am very very nervous. If I've lost 2lbs I'll be happy so we shall see.
Todays food:
Breakfast: 2 small wholemeal toast with flora light (2 syns)
Lunch: nothing... was at the park with Holly and the café didn't have anything SW friendly so I looked on at the scenery whilst holly had her lunch and a chocolate muffin
Tea: its still cooking but were having SW chips, lamb casserole (mushroom, onion, carrots and celery) 5 syns for onion gravy, broccoli and cauliflower
Snacks: sun bites 6 syns
Drinks: 4 pints of NAS juice
Still need to use hex A to use but no B and no syns so I think I'll just have a glass of milk later.
 
what about a little rice pudding for afters following your casserole? the food fair sounds great and well done resisting. keeping my fingers crossed for you for WI hun
 
hi hun, I'm funny with textures so a rice pudding is a definite no-no.
I've just dug the last SW magazine out of the cupboard, now I'm doing EE I can try some of the recipes. I have some venison and duck breasts in the freezer- don't suppose you have any ideas as to what I could do with them do you? x

Thanks hun. I've tried really hard to get the 3rd SF in with most meals and I think that has given me the extra boost. I haven't had a loss of 4lbs since my 2nd week which was back in January. just need to stay focused now! xx
 
todays food.... EE day

Tea: chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, fried red cabbage with bacon and gravy (3 syns)
Syns: hula hoops (dunno how many syns but not 15)
Drinks: 5 pints of NAS juice
