That rule doesn't apply anymore apparently. It was supposed to higher cholesterol and stuff but I think they've scrapped it now. You can eat as many as you want! :D
 
It's not so much a slimming world thing as a general health thing about overdosing on eggs, pretty sure it's something to do with cholesterol. Think I've heard they've proved it's not as bad as initially though though. Hey if it fills you up and stops you snacking go for it! Can't be much worse for you than the crazy amounts of sweetener or processed packet food junk you can eat on the plan for no syns IMO! X

Very true! I don't buy the mugshots or syn free super noodles etc, l get too lazy when I have things like that and I try to have free or superfree when I'm snacking so something like a mugshot would mean I'd probably start eating less fruit or something! But now I'm thinking I need a stash of them for when I run out of fruit lol.

Off to boil eggs and probably eat another Greek muller light lol :)
 
I had a really bad munchie attack yesterday, made a huge superfree salad, chilli out of the freezer and boiled eggs, ate until I was stuffed. At least it kept me out of the fridge, couldn't get up off the sofa :D

Just had 4 eggs with salt and a tbsp of xl mayo. Ate an apple whilst they were boiling too. Am now stuffed! Going to bed before I get another attack of the munchies lol :D

Yeh I always have a couple of mugshots, supernoodles, pasta n sauce etc for syn free munching emergencies lol or when I really can't be bothered cooking as it would either be those or Takeaway! X

Well this is a first - up by 9am on a day off and homework done by 11am lol. Figured I had to do it today because tomorrow is my bday and I doubt I'll want to study!

Seeing as it is my bday tomorrow I'm going to Sainsburys later on to pick up some muffins for my SW sausage & egg mcmuffin breakfast! And a cake to have after my steak dinner :D I have been really racking my brain to think of a cake I really want... :drool: I am the typical fat kid who loves cake. So excited about it lol might go for something really sicky and chocolately... :drool:

Guessing syns will be high tomorrow, about 10 syns in breakfast and probably 20 odd in a cupcake (or whatever cake I choose).. let's say 40 for tomorrow. Add on the 19 from yesterday.... leaves me with about 63 for the rest of the week... And tonight we were planning on finishing the bourbon.... So I have about 25 syns for Weds - Sun lol oh dear. 5 syn days here I come ;)

If anyone knows how to get through on 5 syns a day let me know! I really want another loss on Saturday, a STS would obviously be great too, not another gain :(!! So if I can stick to 5 syns a day from Weds til WI, I think it can be done? I could just not celebrate my birthday or drink the bourbon :sigh:

Plan for 5 syn days: stock up on fruit, mugshots and syn free yoghurts. I can munch on those if I'm hungry between meals. Use HEB choice wisely! Maybe cut out the cereal bars at college? Need to find a syn free snack for morning break when I'm usually starving. Will take lots of fruit with me! And will steer clear of marge, will use my syn free cheese!

Green today! Thanks to Ally who helped me out with fish allowances hehe :D

Just means I can have another B choice hehe :D need to remember I'm on Green and not munch on any meat though lol.

Breakfast: coffee (milk HEA)
Lunch: home made lentil soup
Dinner: smoked fish risotto (115g fish HEB)
Snacks: 3 x babybel light (HEA) having drinks later, so about 40 syns
Total syns: 42

yep its a healthy B on green. Depends what fish you have...150g of cod or haddock. Weight varies on other white fish. And you're allowed to go over syns today, its not your birthday everyday!

Thanks Ally :D it's a 230g pack split between 2 so 115g. I hope that covers it, it's probably less than a B allowance so it should be ok! Yay for green day experts :D

Hehe I know but I'll be going over today and then again tomorrow!! Can't drink tomorrow for my actual bday as I'm driving on Weds morning, so drinking tonight to make up for it ;) I always drag out celebrations like that lol. I don't mind doing it but gonna try to make up for it over the week with less syns :)

I realise it seems quite pointless being on Green today but with the lentil soup and risotto I figured it practically is a Green day so why not call it one lol. Plus it means I can make up some potato salad or pasta salad and not feel guilty :D

Yeah I have been converted to Green by Erm lol! Trying it for a week in a couple of weeks as I have meals planned til pay day :D I have quorn swedish meatballs planned :drool: Might need a trip to Ikea for their meatballs sauce!

Just had my birthday breakfast - a SW sausage and egg mcmuffin. It was so sickly, think I overdone it with the cheese lol. Had some milka and Thorntons too :eek:
 
Yum! I love the wierd processed cheese so wrong but so good :) remember its just one day some chocolate and cake isn't going to undo all your hard work so enjoy every mouthful, birthdays are totally syn free :p x
