Make the rice, prep your fillings, moisten the nori, put it on the mat, fill, roll and cut :) I didn't do anything fancy just nori rolls with crab and pepper. We did cream cheese ones too but it was messy!

It was hard to judge the filling but after the first one was rolled it was easier. Keep them pretty minimal or they just fall apart! Well mine did lol.

Remember to get wasabi & soy sauce :D!! You can get seasoning sauce for the rice but I think that adds syns, would need to check that tho.

Hmmmm we may have purchased bourbon tonight!! Why is it so hard to avoid a drink at the weekend?

Ah well I think I've had a pretty good week, I'll be happy to be back at 19st 7 tomorrow so a cheeky 1lb loss would be great. I was up to 19st 10 on Sunday, so I think my 1.5lb gain on Sat was a lucky escape from a 4lb one!! Been on the scales all week after my sneak peek on Sunday though. Luckily it didn't go up past the 10, it crept down slowly!!

Food diary is probably pointless but here goes

EE today

Breakfast: coffee (2 syns)
Lunch: ham salad sandwich (HEB 1 syn) banana, medley (6.5 syns)
Dinner: salmon & chive pasta (HEA)
Snacks: baked crisps, bourbon (40 syns)
Total syns: 49.5
 
I know my bf always wants a drink at the weekend and it can be hard to say no. I am treating myself to a strawberry and lime cider tomorrow can't wait!! X
 
Mmm cider! Enjoy it! We resisted a box of Stella Cidre and got bourbon cos its less syns lol.

What is alcohol like on WW, is it high? I can't remember what the ppts were. Their wine is pretty rank I remember that lol.
 
I love cider so much but only time I have it on sw is when I fall off the wagon lol it's so rediculpusly high in syns! :-( a pint of sweet cider is 8pp, spirits are 2pp and wines about 3 to 5pp a glass. Not really a whole lot less than on sw especially considering I have 49weeklies rather than 105 syns! X
 
That's not too bad I suppose! I never count alcohol properly anyway I just drink and guess lol :(

The weeklies will come in handy! Trust me! I always used all of my points cos you don't really get a lot for them like I was saying before. The SF plan sounds good tho with all the free stuff, it is tempting to convert! I feel a bit stuck with SW just now but I know that's my fault not the plans so I'll stick with it. I can't wait to see how you get on with SF tho!! :D
 
Yeh losing my mojo lately wasn't sw fault I love the plan just been doing it on and off for so long that I just fancied trying something a bit different but not anything that left me starving! Yeh it's hard to remember to count booze luckily I actually can't drink too much now as although I often have one or 2 it's rare that I have a major drinking session anymore as can't afford to - south more of a lightweight than I used to be ;-) x

Yeah you can get stuck when you've been doing it for ages. Being ill just totally knocked me :( been craving junk and finding it very hard to resist. Hopefully I get a loss tomorrow that always gives my mojo a boost!! I really want this and I know I can do it but it's been so slow since last month, finding it so easy to slip up. That said I have been good this week :)

Nope not started 30ds yet, just doing fairly light exercise at the moment some Zumba/ biggest loser fitness game and davina fit DVD just doing the bits I can do. Found my 30ds DVD but the disc isnt in it and can't find it gah! So have ordered the jillian michaels boxset from amazon but they were waiting on stock coming in. Need to have a watch and see if it's actually possible to attempt it with my dodgy ankle yet but if so i'm totally up for doing it I need to get fit! X
 
You are doing a lot! Go you! Hehe :) Davina's stuff was too hard for me, I have her power of 3 one I think?? I only managed 10 mins of the cardio workout. In that 10 mins they just repeated the same move over and over which bored and knackered me lol. The 30DS is great cos you know you have 30 secs or 1 min then it's a new move :)

Ah that sucks! I hate missing DVDs! Is that the boxset with the burn fat boost metabolism DVD? I really want that one & her new 2012 DVD too. I think I might invest in the boxset when I get paid! I really need to get back into exercise cos once I'm into it I love it!! I miss going swimming :(

Think it's about £15 and you get 4 DVDs - 30ds is a fiver and rest are about 6 quid so a little saving compared to buying them seperately. Doesnt have the 2 newest ones but can get a double pack of them for £12. Cheap as chips compared to a gym membership that I'd never use lol whereas I don't mind exercising at home!

Swimming is on my want to do list have already bought a swimming costume and ordered goggles today - only problem is the bf can't swim and I'd be a bit self conscious going alone :-( gutted there used to be 2 pools within 5 minutes walk from my house but they both shut and the other ones a good bit away! X
 
Gym memberships are so expensive! I miss my £3 a month civil service one! :( my college has a gym but there's no pool and that's my favourite part lol. I'd never make the most out of the membership without a pool so it's pointless. If the gym at uni has a pool I'll definitely get a membership for it :)

Yeah I know what you mean about being self conscious! I can't go to public pools cos I'm too embarrassed. The gym pool was great I always had it to myself :) there's no chance I'd get a public one to myself! You should get a friend to go with you, one that drives so it doesn't matter how far away it is lol ;)
 
Weigh in update: lost 2lbs! So half a pound away from 2 1/2 stone I believe and got rid of my gain from last week! Woohoo!
 
Woohoo great result! :) yeh the uni gyms in Glasgow are all really good and really cheap if you are a student think mine was something silly like £30 for a whole year! I couldn't justify the cost of a real gym though that's why I don't mind buying some exercise DVDs or my kinect. The jillian michaels boxset was my healthy bmi reward to myself :) and kinect was just coz I got holiday pay from work that had accumulated while I've been off so decided a treat was in ordered so got healthy stuff - kinect and some games, swimsuit and goggles lol! X

Yeah at the open day they said the whole year, not just the academic year, was something like £70 :D

That's cool that you used it to get healthy stuff! :)

Got some bourbon left which we'll probably finish tonight so syns will be over again.

Breakfast: french toast, WW sausages x2, bacon, beans (HEB plus 1 syn)
Lunch: none as breakfast was late
Dinner: smoked fish risotto with veggies
Snacks: shape yoghurt (0.5 syns) kiwi, mandarin, pom bears (5 syns) bourbon later (20 syns)
Total syns: 26.5

Snacks: greek muller (0.5 syns) half a medley (3 syns) apple, mandarin, banana, options hot choc (3 syns and rest of HEA)
