Make the rice, prep your fillings, moisten the nori, put it on the mat, fill, roll and cut I didn't do anything fancy just nori rolls with crab and pepper. We did cream cheese ones too but it was messy!
It was hard to judge the filling but after the first one was rolled it was easier. Keep them pretty minimal or they just fall apart! Well mine did lol.
Remember to get wasabi & soy sauce !! You can get seasoning sauce for the rice but I think that adds syns, would need to check that tho.
