Youre right chick, it wasn't as bad as I thought. Just a sandwich and some pasta really!

EE today, was at a uni event thing so had a strange lunch! Having drinks tonight so syns are fecked but I need a wee party night hehe :)

Breakfast: medley bar (6.5 syns)
Lunch: tuna triangle sandwich thing (classing this as my B choice cos I'm a cheat!) 2 squares of a daim milka bar (4 syns I think)
Dinner: chicken & bacon pasta (HEA light philly)
Snacks: bourbon (40 syns?)
Total syns: 50.5

Promise I'm back on it 100% tomorrow, bringing my syns down to 15 a day as well!

Will report my WI result tomorrow, expecting a gain but it will be a totally deserved gain!!
 
1.5lbs on, better than I expected. Pfft aren't you meant to lose weight when you're ill :rolleyes:

Having drinks again tonight, only had a few last night so I didn't have 40 syns worth after all lol. So will be over syns tonight because of the booze. Won't be drinking again for a while, not til pay day anyway!

So food wise today I'll stick to 15 syns, obviously the drink will take me to about 50 syns tho. But I'm officially going to 15 syns a day now! Scary.

My motivation & enthusiasm were knocked slightly out of place when I got ill. It's been a pretty stressful Easter break tbh. Started a new job, felt really unwell, home life hasn't been too great, it all got on top of me and I slipped off the wagon :( I know it's pointless to feel bad about it now, but I am disappointed in myself. I think after March being so crap weight loss wise, then not having a great start to April, me falling off plan was bound to happen. I started the vicious cycle!!

Anyway it's done now, it's over, today is a new start (except the drinkies) and next week if I'm back to 19st 7 I'll be happy. I've been in this stone for so freaking long now - I want out of it!!! Hopefully this time next month I will be :) 2lbs off a week would be great!

I'm not slipping up again! Ever!!!!

Dinner: smoked river cobbler risotto
Snacks: medley bar (7 syns) drinks later (40 syns) pear, apple
Total syns: 11 on food, 40 on drinks later

Aaaand I'm back. On SW 100% that is lol. Going to eat superfree til it's coming out my ears, and stick to 15 syns a day, or 105 a week whatever way I decide to count it! Going to lose this gain, and get out of the 19s!!!

Haven't been on the main forum for a bit just cos I've been busy/unwell/working and I think that without it I find it easier to slip up, so I need to get back out there and join in with the actual forum! Maybe that sounds silly but I think I need minimins to stay motivated! Today I have 2 weeks worth of studying to do so probably won't be online at all except to update my food diary, then I'm working Mon & Tues, then back to college on Weds. Think I need to set aside an hour each day to chill out and browse the forum :)

Welcome back! Yeh it's tempting to stay off the forum when being naughty but it actually helps me to stay on track. Don't bother much with main forum but always browsing through diaries on the app :) and my stone bracket thread is really chatty too! X
 
Hey :D

I like offering advice and helping out newbies when I can on the main forum but I always feel like a fraud if I've had a bad week or I'm struggling and I'm like "you can do it!" to someone else lol. But these last 2 weeks I've hardly been in any threads except this one which enabled me to slip up I think.

Breakfast: French toast (HEB)
Lunch: fruit salad (mandarin, grapes, apple, kiwi) shape yoghurt (0.5 syn)
Dinner: veg curry (carrot, potato, onion, cauliflower, broccoli, mange tout, tomatoes, peppers, chillies, random herbs/spices) with basmati rice :D
Snacks: banoffee vitality bar (4 syns) PB & banana on toast (HEB2 plus 6 syns) options indulgence (3 syns plus HEA) muller Greek yoghurt (0.5 syns) apple
Total syns: 14

Those stupid crisps & medley bars are not worth the syns!!! Why are low syn cereal bars so fecking expensive? :(

Tesco had all the special k bars for a pound a pack when I was in a few days ago, 4 syns for choc chip or 4.5 syns for the rest. There are some other cheap ones about that syn value but they are all a bit smaller I think. I refuse to pay more than a quid for a box of cereal bars too! X
 
I saw the special K bars but my bf is a total cheapskate and made us get the medleys because you got 1 extra bar in the pack!!!! The things I put up with! :(

Lol next time point out that's an extra 21 syns a box so not worth saving 25p lol ;-)
 
I think you underestimate his cheap skateyness :(

When I get paid I'm showing him!! I'll be getting alpen lights, special k bars, maybe even some of those aldi harvest morn bars!! He can have his 7 syn bars of disappointment to himself :)
 
According to the scales I've lost 3lbs since Saturday, happy with that! Hopefully they don't shift til actual WI, would love a 3lb loss :)

I am freaking addicted to sushi. I refuse to believe it has syns in it so I sneakily eat it and omit it from the diary lol. I realised yesterday that I'm an idiot though lol I mean it must have syns for a reason?! So if I eat it again it goes on the diary!

Think we are going to Yo Sushi next month :D shame the best stuff is about 20 syns a piece :(

Omg how is it even possible for sushi to be that high? I should look into making it, my friend makes her own I want to learn too! X
 
I dunno how high it is really lol. They use a lot of oils I think? There's a post on here somewhere basically saying avoid Yo Sushi so I think their stuff is pretty syn laden.

I made my own, it was amazing! Really fun too :) I still have a pack of the rice, might pick up nori and filling things to make some this weekend actually :D syn free as well, bonus :)
 
How do you make it is it easy? Pretty sure the big tesco sells sushi making things :) x
