Extra Easy: From Flabby to Abi

The move has gone well! I stayed in the living room watching tv with the kids haha.

Still going to have take out though, I've been looking forward to it all day now and I haven't got anything else for the tea so it's really the only thing I can do. honest haha.
B- 2 bananas and coffee
L- 1/2 portion of SW cottage pie and salad on the side.
D- CHINEEEEEEEEEEEEESE! :D

OH yeah!

2lb loss for me this week! woohoo and indeed a happy dance!

definitely think the sauna/steam helped haha. Still on track for a no gain month! AND 1 measley little pound to my 6 stone that I wanted before feb. Actually quite glad I didnt get it this week as my consultant is away so I wouldn't want to get it off anyone else haha

Its looking distinctly less likely with what I had last night! pringles and crisps before the chinese even turned up! I did stop eating when I was full (which I never used to do, I would eat until it was coming out of my ears if there was still food on my plate!) I also didnt have any alcohol, which I had allowed for. Still within my flexi-syn allowance I think I just feel really guilty because it was supposed to be for booze not crisps.

Anyway Build a bridge, get over it.

Got a semi-low syn week planned. Basically I want to keep food syns to a minimum (I rarely cook with syns anyway) The only syns I am allowing are liquid- so basically I can have a guilt free glass of wine or hot chocolate (mainly because I bought a beautiful bottle of red for less than half price yesterday and its supposed to snow haha)

Going to try and get back to basics and embrace cooking from scratch this week, possibly even cook a cheeky pan of soup. Should be easier with an extra pair of hands around the house :) Think Im taking Charlie to soft play this afternoon so thats 2 hours of body magic right there!

B- bacon and egg sandwich (wm bread-hexb)
L- tuna salad (probably)
D- SW fish and chips I think served with carrots spinach and mushy peas.

Going to sit and plan my whole week this morning so I cant stray just because my friends here.

Breakfast turned into brunch waiting for my friend to get out of bed (they still arent!!) I had a banana to tide me over then thought sod that Im not waiting and had bacon, mushroom, onion and eggy bread! (wm as hexb)

Since then I have picked UNCONTROLLABLY!!! 5 prawn crackers-1 syn. grapes, sliced pepper, cucumber, sandwich ham, cheese (there goes my hexA!) 2 segments of choc orange (4syns)

So annoyed! I'm not even hungry I feel like I've got a food hangover- all the chinese food has served to do is dehydrate me like NOTHING else! Trying so hard to keep focused. Its so daft knowing all I need to lose is 1lb this week!

5 days on normal plan, maybe just some extra veggies.

Had a word with myself over a glass of wine and decided that telling myself I can't have syns doesnt work, Im a massive child and just rebel instantly (as today clearly shows)

So I shall enjoy my wine, finish planning my week and start tomorrow with 5 awesome days to get back on track (possibly a sneaky trip to a sauna and steam room if I can locate one close by haha)

B- Weetabix (hexb) loads of mixed berries and bananas
L- Massive salad, leaves, cucumber, beetroot, peppers and tomatoes with a little bacon
D- is to be decided but it will be some sort of concoction- possibly wither pasta or curry based- SW either way.

Syns- hot chocolate- 2syns, saving some for more wine tonight I sound like a proper alcoholic but I only have a really small glass topped with diet coke.

Dinner last night ended up being a kind of vegetarian jambalaya/ paella type affair. It was rather tasty (which is good coz Im having it for tea today too!) and full of veggies, bonus! I even resisted the garlic bread to go with it! CHECK ME OUT!!!

I also did the tub of quark with a sachet of choc as I was after a bit of a chocolate fix, its actually quite tasty- a little like the chocolate philli but nowhere near as sickly. I dunked satsuma segments in it too which was nice- my own little chocolate orange haha, ate less than half so round it up to 1 syn and 1 glass of wine.

Todays plan is gym this morning, play out with D this afternoon and then panto tonight (woohoooooo!)
B- Yogurt, berries and banana
L- possible cheese on toast (to use my hex a&b) with a side salad.
D- Veggie paealaya or jambaella haha

The quark and choc combo sounds lovely- really need to try that as I LOOVEE oranges :)

Panto was AMAZING. I havent laughed so much in FOREVER, I even think I may go see it again (its the theatre group I've been a part of since I was 13 and it has a few of my friends in so its always nice to support them too) AND I got 2 flashy wands so it was a TOTALLY awesome night haha.

Food yesterday ended up being rather terrible as Charlie was poorly and didn't want to go to nursery. Little guy is usually such a trooper and doesn't complain but he was miserable and just kept telling me he had a bad tummy and that it was broken. I could've cried, poor little dude.

L- Chicken chunks, peas, grapes and peppers. Don't ask.
D- Jambaella

Snack- when I came in high on panto I was starving so scoffed a slice of garlic bread 2 mozarella sticks (can the mozarella count as my hexa haha) and an alpen light for my hexb. Rather annoyed but it could've been worse so I won't dwell.

Today my plans have been changed again (partially to Mr Dude being off nursery again) my early morning gym trip was written off thanks to friend needing someone to hold his hand because apparently he's a massive wimpy baby.

B- 2 bananas, grapes, satsuma.
L- 2 weetabix (hex b) milk (a) berries and banana. Cottage cheese, grapes and ham.
D- Chicken something or other, maybe with chips and veg, maybe a roast. Either way I'm screaming out for veg!

Syns- 1/2 sachet hot chocolate (mixed in with coffee) 1 syn. I do plan on having wine tonight, lest I commit murder haha.

Got a sauna/steam/swim planned for Thursday which I'm looking forward to followed by an evening of theatre at the cinema. My mum got tickets to see Coriolanus with Tom Hiddleston in- woohoo!

Trying to explain SW to the friend thats staying when he offered my a chocolate macaroon biscuit and I declined. He was like "oh go on theyre only small". I got the packet and it was just under 8 syns FOR 1!!! SO glad I said no! I would rather have more wine haha.

No plan yet today- got not idea what I'm doing (waiting to see if little legs is well enough for nursery).

Wednesdays are always a bit pants aren't they? .x.x.
