Yeah I didnt even build the bridge, never mind get over it!
Breakfast turned into brunch waiting for my friend to get out of bed (they still arent!!) I had a banana to tide me over then thought sod that Im not waiting and had bacon, mushroom, onion and eggy bread! (wm as hexb)
Since then I have picked UNCONTROLLABLY!!! 5 prawn crackers-1 syn. grapes, sliced pepper, cucumber, sandwich ham, cheese (there goes my hexA!) 2 segments of choc orange (4syns)
So annoyed! I'm not even hungry I feel like I've got a food hangover- all the chinese food has served to do is dehydrate me like NOTHING else! Trying so hard to keep focused. Its so daft knowing all I need to lose is 1lb this week!

HAPPY MONDAAAAAAAAAAAY!
Dinner last night ended up being a kind of vegetarian jambalaya/ paella type affair. It was rather tasty (which is good coz Im having it for tea today too!) and full of veggies, bonus! I even resisted the garlic bread to go with it! CHECK ME OUT!!!
I also did the tub of quark with a sachet of choc as I was after a bit of a chocolate fix, its actually quite tasty- a little like the chocolate philli but nowhere near as sickly. I dunked satsuma segments in it too which was nice- my own little chocolate orange haha, ate less than half so round it up to 1 syn and 1 glass of wine.
Todays plan is gym this morning, play out with D this afternoon and then panto tonight (woohoooooo!)
B- Yogurt, berries and banana
L- possible cheese on toast (to use my hex a&b) with a side salad.
D- Veggie paealaya or jambaella haha

D- was Chicken, lots of roasted veggies and a few spoons of couscous. Also having a small glass of wine. Had an awesome afternoon playing with the kids and our little friend. Lovely little day and all on plan huzzah!
