Im trying stewed rhubarb, not had rhubarb for years and mam used to always do it in a crumble, so going to try doing it myself - nothing exciting this week
I had a load of rhubarb recently from someone who grows it - it seems to have grown like mad this year and anyone who has it in their garden has been frantically giving it to all their friends!
It may sound odd, but stewed rhubarb, lightly sweetened, makes a lovely accompaniment to mackerel or other oily fish.
