Ooh not sure about these changes to the layout of the site!
WI tomorrow. I haven't been as strict as I'd planned this week (especially at the weekend) so I'm not sure what to expect this week!
Food Diary...
Breakfast - 35g Jordans Natural Muesli (HEXb), Mullerlight strawberry, banana
Snack - apple
Lunch - Pasta w/ 50g Philadelphia light (HEXa), ham, red onion, courgette, spinach, mushrooms
Snack - grapes
Dinner - SW Luxury Fish Pie (w/ broccoli), carrots, mangetout, green beans
Snack - 1 ginger nut (2.5 syns), Butterkist Popcorn 25g bag (5 syns)
3 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
Sparkling water
Total syns = 7.5
Dinner... I got this recipe from the SW site - very yummy so I'd recommend this one. I left out the cherry tomatoes and used potato instead of swede/butternut squash.
