Ooh not sure about these changes to the layout of the site!

WI tomorrow. I haven't been as strict as I'd planned this week (especially at the weekend) so I'm not sure what to expect this week!

Lunch - Pasta w/ 50g Philadelphia light

Dinner - SW Luxury Fish Pie (w/ broccoli), carrots, mangetout, green beans

Snack - 1 ginger nut (2.5 syns), Butterkist Popcorn 25g bag (5 syns)

I got this recipe from the SW site - very yummy so I'd recommend this one. I left out the cherry tomatoes and used potato instead of
swede/butternut squash.

Thanks, it really was! I'm a bit obsessed with stirfry at the moment. It's definitely the easiest way to get lots of SF into a meal!

WI this morning and 1lb lost which brings me into the 10s and 1.5lbs away from a stone loss! So chuffed as really didn't think I would have lost this week. Its nice to know I can still enjoy a treat at the weekends! :D

Yummy but I put way too much chilli in (as usual)! My eyes were streaming. I need to learn that a litle is enough! I even added chilli flakes thinking it wouldn't be spicy enough with half a chilli

Only a month until we go travelling and Im sat here worrying about how im going to cope without my mullerlights haha! The OH doesn't know how he'll react to not working and im worrying how I'll cope with no SW. How sad are we! Im sure both of those things will go completely out of the window as soon as we're out there. I will miss SW although I think its so ingrained it will be difficult to completely let go even if I wanted to!

Dinner - Mum's Chilli con Carne w/ rice (3 syns?) (they don't use fat and drain the mince so I think it's probably even less than that)

Where are you travelling? Sounds exciting....

We're travelling through Europe. Starting in Spain/Portugal, then onto Italy and Croatia and wherever else takes our fancy! I can't wait :D
 
And here's today's diary. The OH has been in Leeds all week and he's back tonight. If he's up for it I'd quite like to go out for a drink or 2 and a bit of food, but I think he's probably going to be quite tired so it will likely be dinner in.

Ah wow! So jealous!! We're going to Thailand in August, just for 3 weeks though! Can't wait, I wish we could go for months! X
 
We went out for cocktails and nibbles last night and I managed to wear my skinny dress! I'd got it as a freebie from my last job in November, but when I tried it on I looked awful. Fat was spilling from everywhere and I actually laughed when I tried it on. I immediately took it off and gave it to my little sister. I was a bit in denial about my weight then so it didn't really upset me and I just made a joke of it when the girls asked how it had looked. The thing that actually spurred me to lose weight was when I started working at my local bar again. I thought the exercise would make the weight fall off me but I actually ended up putting another 3 pounds on as I was eating complete rubbish thinking being on my feet would be enough to counteract it. It got to Christmas and I was staring in the mirror and grabbing my back fat. I almost ended up on the Dukan Diet, but saw the light and instead decided to go for SW. It's definitely the best decision I could have made! I'm almost a stone lighter in 3 months and only have 5-6 lbs to go - although I wouldn't mind if I stayed the weight I am now!

We had a really lovely evening, and despite being off plan I think the meal was pretty healthy considering what I could of had. I had tons of salad so at least I got my 1/3 superfree! ;)

I'd be happy if I didn't lose anymore tbh but im going to stay on plan for another month before we go away and see how I do. I just hope I don't gain it again whilst we're away!

WI tomorrow. I haven't been too strict this week as I'm feeling like I may have reached target - I'm chuffed to bits with my figure as it is now so I don't mind if I don't lose much more. I'm going to stick to plan until we leave the country at the beginning of May, so any loss before then is a bonus! :D

I haven't been on for a few days but I haven't been too angelic either. I'm easing off a little as I'm happy to maintain now - but I did do a cheeky weigh in today and I've lost another 1lb since Wednesday so I'm not really sure what's going on! Certainly not complaining though. :D

Wednesday consisted of a meal out at Zizzi's as it was the OH's leaving do. It was suprisingly really good as I've had pretty rubbish meals there in the past. I shared a starter of ciabatta, olives, cold italian meats, mozzarella
and tomatoes (which was SO good) as well as a slice of cheesy garlic bread. I then had an unintentionally 'healthy' main of Squid ink pasta with calamari in a tomato and olive sauce. I only managed about half though as I was stuffed from the starter. I also had a few glasses of red wine too!

Thursday I decided I'd finally give in to the canteen before I left and had a sandwich from the hot deli. This consisted of 2 slices of wholemeal bloomer, about 1 tbsp mayo (I saw him put it on and it wasn't much at all), chicken, 1 slice bacon (with fat on) and salad and tomatoes. I even had a packet of
Walkers Salt & Vinegar, which I haven't had since before Christmas. I enjoyed every last bite!

So here is Friday's diary. I had to work yesterday which was a bit rubbish but I've still got a 3 day weekend!

This week I've been crap and had something off plan everyday since Wednesday! Yesterday we went out to a noodle bar and I had 1 stick of chicken satay and chicken curry with boiled rice.

Today won't be much better as it's roast lamb for lunch and lots of booze and (some) choc! I really need to get back on track as of Monday as my new attitude is starting to worry me. I really don't want to go completely off the rails and gain again, but I also need to relax a bit. I think I just need to find the right balance.

Let's just see what the scales say on Wednesday and I suppose that will help to put some perspective on it. I'd really like to get my stone sticker and my 10% sticker so that's the aim before I leave. That's 0.5 lb for the stone and about 3.5 lbs for the 10%.
