Ah same totally! I've been all weird and emotional as I want to sit with a bar of chocolate, so I think it's frustration at wanting to be good, and also wanting to be bad!

Ahhh I love steak! We had this lush rib of beef yesterday. Today lame quorn burgers today as I was doing a green day, not quite as satisfying somehow!

Snack - Barbecue chicken slices (0.5 syns), apple

Lunch - 60g wholemeal roll (HEXb), 20g rf cheddar (HEXa), 1 tbsp branston pickle (1 syn), ham, cucumber, spinach, sugarsnap peas, Velvet Crunch (4 syns)

Snack - grapes

Dinner - Peppered Rump steak, Maris Piper mashed potato (2 syns), peas, runner beans, red onion, garlic, peppercorn sauce (2 syns)

2 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)

I would definitely recommend trying this recipe out. It takes a while to cook but very yummy. Stuffed now though!

Just having a cup of the creme caramel tea and its very yummy. And its caffeine free so perfect for after dinner

I've got friends coming round for dinner tonight so I'm making a SW friendly chilli and I'm planning on having a glass of wine too!

The OH is away in London so I'm going to treat myself to a chinese takeaway tomorrow night (and not the SW friendly kind ;)). I'm planning on getting Chinese Chicken Curry with boiled rice, and maybe even some Char Sui buns! I have no idea how many syns are in the buns but I can try to syn the curry. I can't wait - it's my favourite takeaway and I haven't had it since starting SW. I'm not planning a boozy weekend so this is going to be my treat for the week :D.

I'm so excited about my Chinese Chicken Curry takeaway tonight!!! I've calculated this to be about 17.5 syns by using the Syns Calculator and looking up the nutritional value online. I'm going to weigh it later so I can see if I can get it more accurate as it seems to be a question people ask a lot on the forum.

Enjoy your Chinese food!! We used to get it nearly every week, now I haven't had any since I started SW properly and weirdly dont miss it. Goin for sushi tomorrow though, which I constantly miss!! Have a nice night :)
 
My food was really yummy but I won't be having it very often as its rather calorific and im not very good at stopping when full when it comes to Chinese food! :eek:

I also ordered some char sui buns and I have no idea how many syns they are so im just going to stay under 10 syns for the rest of the week.

An unplanned naughty day yesterday but it was a really great day so totally worth it. I need to stay on track over the weekends though if I'm to lose anymore before going travelling at the end of April.

I invited my brother and Dad over for Sunday lunch today and it was very very yummy. I made them all naughty roast potatoes and chicken fat gravy but stuck to SW friendly alternatives which, in my opinion, are just as nice! Rubbish with my SF today though. :eek:
