Ah these teas are lush!! The sandwich shop near me sells them :)

Breakfast - Mullerlight strawberry, banana

Snack - grapes, blueberries

Lunch - 2 Nimble wholemeal (HEXb), egg mayo (0.5 syns), 2 tsps flora light (2 syns), cucumber, sugarsnap peas, Skips 15.5g bag (
4 syns)

Snack - Low Fat Chilli Chicken Supernoodles, baked beans (very hungry waiting for the OH to get home)

Dinner (- SW Spaghetti Carbonara made w/ 20g parmesan (HEXa), red onion, courgette, garlic, bacon (fat removed), 1 egg

1 green tea
3 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
Sparkling water

Total syns =
6


Dinner... SO good! Definitely one of my favourite SW meals!

It's race week in Cheltenham, so I'm going out tonight with the OH and his work buddies who've been at the race course all day. It can either get very messy or we'll be in bed by 10!

Breakfast - Mullerlight vanilla, banana

Lunch - 60g wholemeal roll (HEXb), 1 tbsp salad cream light (1 syn), ham, 22g low low cheese (HEXa), cucumber, sugarsnap peas, Velvet Crunch (4 syns)

Snack - grapes, Low Fat Supernoodles

Dinner & Drinks - out

2 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
Sparkling water

I definitely didn't have a SW friendly meal last night! Thai fishcakes followed by fillet steak and dauphinoise potatoes. I did have veg and took off the cheesy top of my dauphinoise but still very naughty! I also had lots of red wine, cider and a couple of vodka & soda's. Whoops! :eek: Nevermind.

Total syns so far this week (not including last night) are only 21.5 (out of a possible 60) so I'm hoping that if I stay on plan for the rest of the week, and have low syn days, then I may be able to make up for it and get a loss. :cross:

Lunch - Low fat thai sweet chilli Supernoodles, tesco sweet chilli chicken slices, babycorn, mushrooms, spring onion

Snack - Mullerlight Greek coconut & vanilla (0.5 syns) (nom!), raspberries

Snack - 2 babybel light (HEXa), pickled onions

Dinner - SW sticky chicken (made with 1 tsp honey (1 syn), 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce) & SW egg fried rice (made with rice, egg, mushrooms, spring onions, edamame beans, garlic, peas)

Snack - 1 mini lindt ball (2 syns)

3 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
Sparkling water
1 chamomile tea

Total syns = 7.5

I might have fruit and yoghurt later if I fancy something sweet but we'll be eating late so that should be it for today. I just have to choose a SW friendly option at lunch tomorrow (and try to avoid the booze)! I'm thinking either
Sea Bass Fillets, Crushed New Potatoes, Green Beans and a Herb Dressing (dressing on the side) and just syn any oil the sea bass would have been cooked in, or 'Surf 'n' Turf' 6oz Rump Steak & Grilled King Prawns with a jacket potato and green beans...

It will probably be the fish as I had steak last night (and it's cheaper ;))

Yummy but I'd recommend using 1 tbsp of honey instead (I was just trying to keep the syns low)

Sea bass, crushed new potatoes, fine beans (no dressing) (I'm going to say 7 syns to account for any butter or oil used during cooking)

Snack - 2 mini meringues (2 syns), strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, fat free natural yoghurt

Dinner - 2 babybel light (HEXa) broken into low fat sweet chilli supernoodles (sounds weird but very yummy - couldn't be bothered to cook veg too :eek:)

2 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
Soda water
Sparkling water
2 humbugs (3 syns)

Total syns = 22 :( I could of over or underestimated.

As it stands that's 43.5 out of 75 syns for the week so far (not including Friday night). If I try to keep under 5 syns for the next 2 days then hopefully that will make up for falling off the wagon on Friday. I really want a loss this week but it really doesn't feel like it at the moment :(

I need to be so strict with myself next week. Why does stupid booze have to have so many syns!? I also need to get back to the gym!

OMG so full now! A huge problem of finishing work early is being able to resist snacking before dinner. I need to be stricter with myself!

Defying the rules of SW by having no SF with dinner and eating until stuffed - whoops! Perfect poached egg but I probably didn't need it, or the beans (most of which I left as I snacked on some cold ones whilst waiting for dinner to cook :eek:)

I'm craving EVERYTHING today! So so soooooo hungry!!! Mainly garlic bread, or some like awesome italian bread, with cured meats and cheese, and olives.. mozarella.. oh god today is a hard day :(
 
That sounds amazing! I hate days like that - it makes me so grumpy!

I'm not normally a fast food person but I could really do with KFC chicken and gravy! I've seen a SW recipe for it but I'm far too lazy for all that. I just need the OH to get home so I can have my steak!
 
Just spoke to the OH and he's not going to be back for a couple of hours! I may have to eat without him but then I'll have to rethink dinner... decisions.

Update: Yep I can't wait any longer - steak tomorrow instead!
