Your food sounds lovely Lisa, you have given me some great ideas for original days, I seem to be stuck on EE so going to try original plan this week. Well done on your greet loss
I have just started SW today and am on the EE plan. I really don't understand why there is an EE, green and red plan - what is the difference?
Lovely day out today. Had lunch out and bought S's prom outfit and he looks very smart, nearly burst into tears when he tried it all on together at home...so proud!. Also for the first time in 20 years myself and T have gone and splurged on a new 3 piece suite. Two 2-seater sofas both with recliners and a reclining chair in a dark fudge type colour. I'm so excited!! expecting delivery in around 8 weeks because that's how long it takes to make. God knows how we are going to get rid of our old suite. They're knackered but we have no transport to get them to the tip and they're simply not good enough for the charity shop and they don't have the flame retardant ticket on them anymore anyway so no charity will take them. The council won't take them because we cannot get them to the front of the property for 7am and are not allowed to leave them overnight on the public footpath outside (we live in a traditional terrace). Might just have to get the chain saw out Anyhow... MONDAY - ORIGINAL DAY A) 350ml skimmed milk B) peanut hi fi bar B) peanut hi fi bar Breakfast; Muller light and apple. Lunch; Gammon and salad (left the peas, fried mushrooms, onion rings and baked potato, I shocked myself because I was stuffed) Tea; Syn free sausage x2, 2 rashers of bacon, tomatoes and fry-lighted egg. Brown sauce (2). Lisa xxx
On a green day you can have unlimited fruit, vegetables, pasta, potatoes, rice and plain quorn and tofu products with 2 A choices and 2 B choices.
On an original day (red) you can have unlimited lean meat and fish and certain vegetables and fruit. With 2 A choices and 2 B choices.
On an EE day it's a combination of the above but following a rule of having 1/3 your plate full of super free foods of the list.
All the questions and answers you need are in your book. Ask your consultant to explain the plans to you again if you are unsure and good luck! x

Ooh lovely new sofas. I have wanted velvet for years but am too tight and have cheaply ikea ones - 4 seater and 3 seater in orange at the mo but changing to purple eventually when I can get some decorating done. I love the idea of reclining but fear I'd be asleep in no time!
Thank you for the speedy reply! I've just realised that I have my book to come in the post (as I'm doing SW online), I'm silly!
Very healthy day. You are really limiting intake - I'm impressed
I've been very bloated lately and I'm beginning to think it's the hi fi bars. I committed the cardinal sin this morning and stepped on the scales and it said I've sts there's no way I could've sts!!. I've followed the plan to the letter, been very strict even weighed my healthy extras. I've even got about 30 syns left too and have even started doing a little bit of body magic. The scales better sort themselves out by Friday weigh in or else I will be having a sense of humour failure and a tantrum right in the middle of class Lisa x
They will. Don't trust the. They are evil. More fluids, keep drinking. That should help. You may get to a week when you have a sts you don't expect but that is not this week no sirrrreeeeee. Just keep going and by Friday you will have lost
