XXXX, I'm only just catching up - what a cruel thing to say to you. Grrrrr on your behalf. Er, your MIL I'm talking about of course. So pleased you are getting back together and getting back to your SW group, you can do this, you really can. I was waffling about something else and decided to look for something on youtube to share here and for me as well. This woman talke sense about eating when not hungry. How what we eat is not the problem, it's the mental attitude to food. Poop, I can't paste links. Josie spoke a lot of sense. I'm both an emotional and binge eater. I eat when I'm happy or sad, I eat when I'm not even hungry. It's a bad habit, one I'm hoping to tackle once and for all.
