Hi all

Well my first weigh in this month is 2 lbs down. I'm happy with that cause we had some friends up at the weekend and although I wasn't bad I wasn't just as careful.

Well I'm 1lb down this week. Which I'm pretty happy about as food wise the end of the week was very bad. Feeling confident that I meet this months challenge!

hi guys hope u dont mind me joining in yout team i need all the support i can get lol
i would ideally like to loose 9lbs to take me under the 14stone mark for this month if i reach this mini target i will be buzzing lol
good idea to do it as mini targets per month as it makes it a little bit more easier to reach ur target than just thinkin i need to loose 4 stone ect x x so good luck to us all i started xenical on weds start my 1st keepfit class in years on monday whoop whoop !!
p.s how do u put progress pics on and does anyone seem to wee loads on these tablets x x x

Apparently I should've tried for 6lbs again because I've lost 4lbs this week, which makes 5 in total this challenge.

So I've passed by challenge by 1lb already . Yay!

Lose 2 stone by my birthday (28th March)
