RawrGirl's weight AND measurements are up! She has no idea what is going on. She's hoping that she is just somehow retaining water (esp as she hasn't been drinking very much lately), but feel like that is wishful thinking. Anyway, she is going to drink tons of water over the next 48 hours, then deal with Friday's wieght and measurements. Then, regardless of a good or bad weigh-in, she is putting the scale away again! She wouldn't have taken her measurements had the scale not shown a gain, which means she wouldn't be fretting over the whole thing, or wondering if she should reevaluate her diet (when every other week for the last 5 months it's worked!), and she wouldn't be toying with the idea of skipping workouts because "it's obviously not making any difference anyhow." So yea, the scale needs to go.
Anyway, did another workout.

TweekedGirl: 60 min Kettlebell, 450 min walking, 450 min DanceStar -- 2 min Kettlebell done, 20 min walking done, 15 min DanceStar done
