RawrGirl skipped 2 weight sessions last week. Bad RawrGirl! But she did another Shred today.

RawrGirl: 120 min cardio, 750 min weights -- 30 min cardio done, 125 min weights done

a good start to my week with 30 minutes done today. Toning was Abs - to be honest it is my neck that struggles most when I go back to crunches after a break.

thighs and a 15 minute walk for me today - not bad after a work day.

RawrGirl's weight AND measurements are up! She has no idea what is going on. She's hoping that she is just somehow retaining water (esp as she hasn't been drinking very much lately), but feel like that is wishful thinking. Anyway, she is going to drink tons of water over the next 48 hours, then deal with Friday's wieght and measurements. Then, regardless of a good or bad weigh-in, she is putting the scale away again! She wouldn't have taken her measurements had the scale not shown a gain, which means she wouldn't be fretting over the whole thing, or wondering if she should reevaluate her diet (when every other week for the last 5 months it's worked!), and she wouldn't be toying with the idea of skipping workouts because "it's obviously not making any difference anyhow." So yea, the scale needs to go.

Anyway, did another workout.

Well done Rawrgirl. Sometimes these fluctuations just happen and the key is to stick with it.

I am going to have to do some catching up as I had a downwards freak fluctuation, hit target and have gone crazy since then eating every naughty thing I can and not doing any exercise. If I do an hour today I will only be 25 min behind - I am sure I can do that.

I did my hour - 20 min walk, 20 min toning, 20 min cardio dvd - and I remembered that I did at least 10 minutes on Thursday that I forgot to record. So only 15 minutes behind now - sure I can catch that up next week

RawrGirl finally felt well enough to work out, so she did her new weight routine. Still no cardio though...she's actually thinking of dropping the cardio portion of a bit. We shall see.

20 and 15 minute walks done on Monday and Wednesday. Not really doing the catching up thing am I? Sorry you have not been feeling well and glad you are better.

I must remotivate myself - maybe will do a 30 min walk in a minute and 20 min of toning this evening - will report back later.

The target for the end of this week is 7.5 hours so 2 hours 10 altogether. or 4 half hour sessions plus 10 minutes. It is doable if I go for it!

Sore from yesterday's new upperbody workout. RawrGirl is not sure she will do that particular exercise again, as where she is sore (sides of back), she's not all that keen on building muscles there anyways, lol. Did new lower body workout today...not sure how effective it was (floor exercises with ankle weights). Will see if sore tomorrow.

Hope you are not sore today - sometimes sore can be in a good way and sometimes you just have to listen to your body

I did 30 min walking yesterday but no toning. I think perhaps if I just said I will do 10 min I would be more likely to start than telling myself it has to be 20.

RawrGirl had epic fail this weekend (4000 calories yesterday, and will end around 3000 today). :( But this inspire to lift weights Friday, Saturday, and today, instead of taking the weekend off as usual. But RawrGirl is not happy with herself.
 
it is so hard to stick to the plan all the time. I have had a dodgy day today and hardly any exercise done although I only needed half an hour......
