Team Skinny Valentines Exercise Challenge

RawrGirl: 120 min cardio, 750 min weights -- 42 min cardio done, 3000 min weights done
Nettee: 15 hrs - 7hr 35 min done

20 minutes toning today and only 15 min walking as it was raining - still on catch up though - frustrating!

Wow...3000 minutes of strength training??? RawrGirl is amazing!

well done for three days ago! it is hard when you don't feel like it. I have done 30 min today which is better than the last few days. I am going to move onto my more advanced toning dvd next time for a bit of a change.

RawrGirl didn't realize she hadn't logged in my minutes in 5 days. She's exercised every single day except today.

woohoo - 30 minutes today. Started on my more advanced toning DVD. It did hurt but I think I am still feeling the benefits of the Shred 2 months down the line as I survived the more difficult arms which I have only attempted once before. Also I have my lighter weights now which help!

40 minutes to go to hit the 10 hour new mini target. Didn't do very much yesterday but on track today. Need to do glutes and abs to finish my dvd cycle - lots of walking over the last 2 days.

30 minutes done today - advanced glutes done. The dog has gone on holiday early today so more toning and some different cardio over the next 3 days before we go. 10 minutes to go to hit the 10 hr target. Could do 11 if I try but I won't hold my breath as I am busy packing etc!

Well I have made it past the 10 hour mark which is good after my lull. completed one round of my advanced toning DVD. Definitely think a combination of the shred (quite a few weeks ago now) and my new 1kg weights are helping me with it.

Next week is taken care of as I am skiing and then I intend to focus on my new DVD which is based on interval training.
