Fat off!

So tonight I did an hour spin class and felt quite good, muscles a little tired but ok. Forgot to take my heart rate monitor to see what effect cd was having. Had my first bar afterwards - peanut yum! Not sure if I needed it tho so will keep an eye on the scales. Tomorrow night I am out for a meal so will be ss+ but then back to ss on thurs. so a few different things this week - hope it doesn't knock me off course!

I think you'll need more than ss if you're doing exercise as vigorous as spin hun x spinning can burn up to six hundred calories an hour which is everything you're putting into your body right now which can be quite dangerous. You may need a higher plan x

I have been doing spinning for a long while and never manage to burn 600 cals. If I had maybe I wouldn't be doing cd! Lol :)
 
Day 16
What a thoroughly miserable start to the day! Cold and very very wet! Yuk!

Today I am having a ss+ day.....my first ever 'real' food in over 2 weeks. So I am going out for a meal with work colleagues, none of them know I am doing cd. I am not sure how I will feel with them all eating desserts and nice things! I am having a chicken salad followed by a coffee for dessert! Lol

Tomorrow will be straight back onto ss tho. Hoping to get to the 12s on Saturdays wi.

Well that was interesting! Was a but nervous about eating- very strange! I had salad minus the dressing and croutons was going to just have the chicken and egg in it but naughtily I didn't ask for it without bacon ;). I had some balsamic vinegar to wet it a bit and it was fine. I wasn't phased at by what others were eating even when they had desserts. I had no craving for it all. I had a coffee to finish. Tomorrow back on to ss. I haven't had my third pack today but I don't really think I could eat it so off to bed! Night x

Day 17

Well woke up this morning feeling poo! Got a cold! Not too bad really. No exercise for me tonight tho. :(
Was going to try a chocolate chewy bar tonight after exercise might still have it instead of my last shake.
Just making the kids tea. Hungry but not really that interested in food! :)

Oh my 2 mins after writing my last post I have started the bar! Thing is I don't normally eat till after 8. Maybe a long evening......

Feel really down today. :( not really because of cd but not having comfort food doesn't help. Lol

Mostly work, totm, having a cold and the bloody miserable weather!

Anyway tomorrow is wi! Exciting!

Oh and I have booked myself on a cupcake decorating course! Seemed like a good idea at the time but will I be able to resist eating!

Day 19

It's still raining and I still have a cold. :(
It's wi today. :)
Busy day ahead with the kids here and there.
I have a cake to make today also......temptation!
I find it quite hard when I am cooking for the family when I can't taste the food. It could be disgusting lol! No complaints yet tho!

So.........4lb off! :)
Am happy but also disappointed! I will be asking hubby to hide the scales at home because they just mislead me. I thought I was heading for more off.
Anyway it's still 15lbs in 18 days! So alls good. CDC is away next weekend so I won't have a wi for 2 weeks!!! Will try really hard not to jump on the scales until then.
I have one each of the bars so looking forward to trying the different flavours. :)

Get rid of the scales they are dangerous!!! 4lb is textbook and in week two is pretty awesome. I won't be WI for two weeks after Monday as will be on hols too so we can keep an eye on each other x
 
Day 21!!!!!

So I didnt have a chance to post yesterday but here is a quick run down....

Porridge for breakfast
4 hour spin during which I consumed to bars and lots of water! Also decided to have 2 zero high5 tablets. I felt ok all the way through well a little bit tired in the legs and a really bad tummy after all that jiggling about! :/
I later consumed another bar and had soup for tea.
In the evening I was making a cake and caved in and ate some of the off cuts with butter icing and icing! Do I feel bad? Not really. Shouldn't of done it but I did so just have to move on. Today straight back on to 100% ss! I can't say I won't do it again ( have to make another cake in 3 weeks) but I will try my best for now. :)
