Total Solution Fat, Sick and Nearly Blind!

Love your diary. Hope you feel warmer today. I’m about to brace a bit of a walk and audiobook of some sort; shame snow has pretty much all gone overnight as so enjoy stomping in it. I’m full of caffeine (if nothing else!) What’s for grub today? You’re always so creative, and I’ve not even tried any packs or bars yet. Added a few to yesterday's order though. I’m going to swap shakey water for cashew milk again today (cos I can!) Back to gloomily filling up the shaker at the office water cooler in the morning :(
 
Ahh thank you. I do try my best haha. Ive had a smoothie so far! Just about to have a bar and squeeze a fjita in later! Been a nice bust end to the week :) Another easy peasy day luckily x

Bonus- found 49 pizzas online and bought them! Pizzas on me for 2 months 😂😂😂😅 so hot enough to see me out of the diet now I think! Best to be over prepared!!

NSV went to husband gym today for their local event. Havnt seen any of the guys since last summer when I was diagnosed. One guy didn’t say hi until I approached and got a shock said he didn’t recognise me!! Haha. Well I don’t look THAT different but he said I look really well and glam! Woohoo! Feels gooood.

Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow morning :) week 3 I’m coming for you!!! X
 
Ahh it’s acfually day 14 now hehe quick edit! The days are running away with me! You will do it just look at yourself in mirror and tell yourself that quitting is not an option!

I know fade away! On the exact same day too 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Will be interesting to see if there’s any differences if I do food week this time and you don’t do it. It’s weird to think it will be next week?! Seems too soon!

I always try my paddy’s day outfit on on a Sunday haha. I bought it for Christmas and it was way too tight! Every week it looks that little bit better. Zip still open but I think another 2 weeks TS will crack it :) I’m planning a sober night though so have to be confident 🙈😂😂😂

Lots of little things for me to do today so should hopefully be a quick end to the week!
That dress is going to look fantastic and you will have to share a pic when you go out.
Can you believe we actually made it to day 14 100% and still ready for more lol. Looking forward to weigh day. Excited for the day I feel confident enough to wear a dress, still a few stone off. Xx

Tempted to do 2 weeks without scales now to St paddys day! My goal is 14s 2 which will be my lightest since I did this 2016 :) I think my body can do it but then food week next week so tampering about with the idea of daily weigh haha.

My outfit is actually a jumpsuit! Its very snug so need to be 100% to have my best chance in it! haha. I think anything downwards and Ill be feeling better so lets see!!

Looking forward to tackling week 3!!

Another 100% then food week, which I am thinking would boost weight loss. I did juice plus last year and lost a lot if weight clean eating of course I picked it back on eating family bags of Maltesers.
Lol I wouldn't get to hung up on the scales on food week you will get paranoid lmao. Xx

At my business there is a table covered in a tumbling mountain of over 100 Easter eggs of every size and variety. It is growing daily as part of some charity drive or other. I even had to go out, buy some Easter eggs of my own, then add them to the chocavalanche. Every kitchen or tea point also has a big tray of muffins, biscuits, cakes and now hot cross buns. I can't even eat the free bleedin' bananas! But hey, I've got a black tea and a pint of water, so mustn't grumble... :)

Ahhh I honestly do not care for chocolate and biscuits. I could happily never eat them again. I've always been big on savoury though :/ cheese....salamis....olives...advocado..probably in that order haha. I could dust of a block of cheese in one go easily so just don't show me the crackers :/ I think Ill always have to be mindful of cheesegate!

Been a long stinking day today. Looking forward to jumping into bed at 7:30 following my final pack :)

Yes. Cheese for me too. But the first thing I will do when I finish this thing, is bake some soda bread and eat it with real butter, all the time making little grunting noises, threatening anyone who come near and banging the kitchen table with my fist :)

I must admit today I found myself sniffing food around me... like mmmmmmm chicken nuggets...what I would give to lace you in vinegar and drop you slowly into my mouth. haha. Then the eldest and her friend tucked into subway salads and I wanted to devour them! Just had my last pack. Was pretty late tbh (8:45pm!) today have been hectic. Anxiety/Stress definately brings out my cravings. I was texting my husband at 2pm like.... I would give my right arm to binge on junk right now :/ Done him no tea (he works until 10pm tonight) so he will have to get a cheeky takeaway on the route back I think!

See you all tomorrow. Im off to plan my food week on day 21!...
 
At least having the pack later you're less likely to steal his food. Lol, that being said if my hubby bought take away in the house I'd kill him 😂 he mentioned he fancied one earlier I could have killed him for making me think about what I craved all weekend. After the trousers 👖 I think I should stay clear
