Hi Mr D. There's a few of us seeing how we get on with a monthly WI for this month. We are trying to avoid letting the numbers takeover & also to help stop us from WI daily when we don't really want to. As long as I can feel my clothes getting looser I know I'm losing so won't really worry me.

7lb off for me this week so initial target reached which I'm absolutely thrilled about so am going to up it to 28lb which would be amazing to get too! I assume it will slow down now that i'm over the initial stage and I did Working Source over the weekend as otherwise I was going to fall off the wagon so will do a mix of TS and WS from now on where needed.
