Final journey to a new me with slim and save

So i'm back for the long haul totally 100% and feeling very well.
Weighed in this morning at 11 stone 3lbs so thats a 2lb gain.

Day 1 01/05/2012
Breakfast hot chocolate shake
Lunch 2 boiled eggs
snack Atkins bar
Dinner hot chocolate shake

Day 1 have stayed 100% really pleased with myself. Was a little tempted but just got on my exercise bike for 20 minutes and will keep drinking water. Going to have an early night.

Day2
Breakfast half an atkins bar (Didn't like it so couldn't finish it) had half of my 1 and only fav bar lemon yoghurt yummy.
Snack had a couple of cashew nuts as was out and missed lunch.
Dinner the other half of the lemon yoghurt bar and hot chocolate shake.

The only bar i like from slim and save is the lemon yoghurt bar so i thought i'd give the atkins bar a try so that i could have a bar each day to hold over my sweet craving but didn't like them at all. I only have 3 lemon yoghurt bars and a couple of strawberry wafers which are yummy too. Hope they get more lemon yoghurt in stock soon.

Have you tried all of the new bars like the praline and coconut etc?

I have the opposite problem... Like all of them too much :)

Yep i got all samples i havn't tried the milk chocolate truffle yet, i didn't mind the dark chocolate truffle but prob would prefer the milk chocolate. When i first got the lemon yoghurt bars i didn't like it but tried it again and love them.

Struggling a little today bought little one mc donalds for dinner, it was really hard not to order for myself. Even when he ate i did not have a bite like i usually would. Have been drinking lots of water and doing some exercise to keep me busy. Can't wait to start work next tuesday a few hours to keep me busy. I have a horrible taste in my mouth and a slight headache so i'm on my way into ketosis and i won't be spoiling it and making myself ill no matter how tempted i am even though i'm not even hungry.
 
The milk choc ones are lovely.

Sounds like you're doing really well, just drink a big glass of water when you feel hungry, that's what I do!

Stay strong, you can do it :)

I have a lunch out tomorrow with work, I'm having Cajun chicken with salad( had the choice of potatoes or chips but said no to both!) didn't really wanna go to be honest but boss put us all through the guilt trip lol

Well done on not having any of your sons dinner. I'm always motivated by people with kids on vlcd's, the willpower it must take! You're doing fab, hope you feel better soon x

I fell off the wagon again but i'm now more determined then ever to make a change, i still plan to weigh in on the 07/05/2012.
Breakfast lemon yoghurt bar yummy. Almost running out and s and s don't have them in stock. So have done some searching and have found a ketogenic diet website that has the same bars yippee.

Lunch chilli with lettuce

Snack Hot chocolate shake

Dinner 1 1/2 fried eggs (As my son decided he wanted some of my egg)

Snack 1 half of a strawberry wafer (If hungry later)

hi..love your diary, youre not giving up are you!! well done, you only fail when you stop trying. i tried so many times to give up smoking and i finally suceeded.. that was 16years ago and ive never looked back...im tackling my weight now..day 3 has gone well...my breath smells so hopefully im well on the way to ketosis!.. good luck and ill keep reading your diary x
