Final journey to a new me with slim and save

hi..love your diary, youre not giving up are you!! well done, you only fail when you stop trying. i tried so many times to give up smoking and i finally suceeded.. that was 16years ago and ive never looked back...im tackling my weight now..day 3 has gone well...my breath smells so hopefully im well on the way to ketosis!.. good luck and ill keep reading your diary x

Hi Sortitout i'm defo not giving up, when i fall off i'm gonna get right back on. Although never done a TFR until i tryed lipotrim before i moved to slim and save and i never realised how hard it would be to stick too. But i'm on board and not getting off until i reach destination 8 stone. Well done you on day 3. How are you finding the meals, shakes and bars?
 
Day 2
Today i've had The other half of my strawberry wafer from yesterday for breakfast.
Snack will be banana shake
Lunch will be left over homemade curried prawns and Salmon
Dinner will be mushroom pasta


So i'm very postive about sticking to plan this time round as have found another ketogenic diet website that has a few different ketogenic bars and snacks that i will use when and if i have a weak moment. Help me stay on plan as they are ketogenic which is great and provides a little more favourite as i only like lemon and yoghurt bars and strawberry wafers as snacks. I mostly fall off at night, so that's when i'll have my bars, or i'll do exercise. I have also bought some true story books as i like to read.

Will be weighing in tomorrow as havn't weighed in for a while.

The wafers are yummy not an everyday treat prob have them about twice a week. I have a sweet tooth this is what keeps me going. Spread throughout the day. 1 pack is enough never would have more although the lemon yoghurt bars i could eat 2 or more there my fav.

Have you tried making the little crunchy biscuits out of the lemon bars-they're lush :)
 
Hey Welshtigger not yet i havn't as i enjoy them as they are also wasn't sure how that would effect the vitamins and such having it warmed up. Plus wouldn't want to get it wrong and waste a bar lol.
 
Feeling really hungry today been up since 6.30am with little man so eating breakfast so early i'm already wanting to snack, so drinking lots of water. About to hop on the exercise bike. Just had my prawns and will have the salmon in couple of hours then more water then mushroom pasta about 5 or half 5.

Keep yourself busy today, keep that water handy for whenever you feel hungry :) Whenever I feel hungry I tell myself that's it ok to feel that way and it's not gonna kill me lol

What books did you get? I love reading :)
 
I always think of hunger as a positive!!!!

Sure its not scientific fact.... But when i feel hunger i tell myself that my body grumbling as its burning fat!!!!

Positive visualisation and all that ; )

Morning Sliminthecity i'm defo drinking lots of water have drank 2 1/2 litres already. Books i ordered all from amazon for pretty cheap, I like to read true stories.

So since being on s and s i havn't had any tea. Since i have eaten all my meals and just feeling slightly bored which would lead to bingeing i decided to have a cup of tea it was lovely. I think i'll have another in an hour or so. So day 2 100% roll on day 3 plus gonna weigh in in the morning since i havn't weighed in for a while with being off and on plan.
 
So weighed in this morning at 10 stone 12lbs yippie i'm in the 10's.
 
Thank you. It makes me all the more determined to stick to the plan 100%.
