Still hurts to run. I'm icing my shins right now. It's 32 degrees outside (0 degrees Celsius) and it wasn't that cold once I started running. I'm doing 90 seconds walking, 60 seconds running. The walking doesn't seem long enough and the running seem too long lol.
Did the bike for 28 minutes, that's what the machine started me at and then 5 minute cool down, which I only did 30 seconds of so I can take pictures lol.
28 minutes; 5.02 miles; 126 calories.
Then, did 90 minutes of weights. Heck ya! I feel good.
I want to work out 101 days straight. It's a silly goal I made up. Of course I'll still continue working out after.
Good work Try and do your warm down too, even if you plan to continue to exercise, its good to cool down after cycling, then warm up other muscles for weights etc. Will help you in the long run and help to prevent injury, and if you intend on doing it for 101 days you'll need all the help you can get!!
Sounds freezing where you live - exercise I do is all outdoors or swimming, and there was a cold snap a few weeks back where daytime temps were even in the minus numbers and it was hard dragging myself out to walk to work/town past my van and not be tempted to drive!! But its so worth it
Sitting at the dealership because my thermostat went out on my car. He said it'll cost around $200. I just spent $572 on repairs last month. I have a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, so it's not a shitty car. Ugh. So much money on repairs.
I'm getting the bottom of my van sprayed with waxoyl (to stop rust which is a massive problem with ford's) this month, should be about £150 which I am OK with...am hoping they don't find anything else when its in! So damn expensive, but now I have her I couldn't imagine life without wheels <3
