I ate so much curry/chilli/Mexican.... Luckily I like it but yup didn't work, think my body was too used to the spice!!
today I have read that catnip (or cat mint) should not be eaten by pregnant woman as it causes uterine contractions
as do parsley camomile ginger and rosemary
so you could make a camomile tea and add some grated ginger root and try drinking that but nature is best left to its own devices - babies come when they are ready not when you want them too
Had my final "pregnancy" weigh in this morning and Start weight was 11 stone exactly and I am currently 13stone 3.5lbs at 40 weeks!!
I guess figures could be a lot worse given that I have fallen off the wagon more times than I care to think about and that only really been taking regular exercise (not including walking) in last few weeks.
I'm hoping that ill be one of these girls that can lose weight quicker whilst breastfeeding that'll really be helpful but for now I'm climbing firmly back on the wagon and hopefully Isobel will be here before long. Cannot last much longer!! X
2st 3.5lbs is fantastic, well done! You've really been taking care of yourself with exercise I think you'll drop a lot quite quickly!! Come on Isobel!!!

I think u'v done brilliantly only puttin on 2st durin yer pregnancy. I'm sure the weight will just drop off after the birth, the exercise u'v started now will also help even afterwards xx
