Just over 6wks left til due date hun but that's "their" date. It's just oveir 5wks by MY dates n as much as I'm not relishin the pain of labour I'd rather ave it all over me n get 2 meet the baby a week sooner! lol!
I would go through labour all over again even after an episiotomy, 3rd degree tear, theatre and forceps. It was still the most amazing experience of my life. I was due 30th may by my dates, 2nd june by their dates and she came 18th may lol not long for you now :-D so exciting! X

You can do it Fiona!!! How about buying a multipack of children's treat packs of chocolate, I think the cadburys buttons are 5 syns, but I'm sure possibly the fudge is only 4. Could have that instead of a galaxy? Your really not having that many syns other than the chocolate. However, I understand it could be your saviour right now, the sugar keeping you awake!!
I don't really eat savoury food as snacks crisps etc I'm a real sugar lover lol. Have some chocolate left in freezer finish that this week and then buy something with less syns xx

I'm with you on that! Although I don't really like salad ( don't like lettuce) but I'm trying to eat loads more veg. I tried cauliflower rice today to try and reduce carbs and up the veg intake. Was ok actually.

I just learned about it today, it's more like cous cous I think. Get some cauliflower florettes and whizz them in a food processor for a few seconds. Put in a bowl with a splash of water then cover and put in the microwave for a couple of minutes.
If you have it in place of rice with stuff with a sauce it takes on the flavour of the sauce and bulks out the meal without all the carbs! Worth a try. X
