your doing Fab.. we are very similar weights... I cant wait to get out of the 14's and into them 13's either lol..... I had a scale hop this morn and am 14st 6lb so fingers crossed 2 more weeks and I will be there... I don't seem to get the reg 4lb a week losses some people on here get.. and I am 100% TS.. shows how different we all are.... But like you I have lost loads of inches.... in fact I really need to re measure and record them again .. good luck for the rest of your journey xx
 
Hi Valentine. I have found that the weight loss has really slowed this last stone but the inch loss makes up for it hopefully once in the 13's it might speed up again. I find that my average is 3lbs a week which is great but I would always like more :). Good luck getting those 6 lbs off and go get the tape measure my loss was a real shock!
 
Hi Fiona. Sounds like you're doing really well. Your weight gain from Italy was really low and you've lost it already - well done! Also, I don't usually measure but reading about your inch losses think I might start when I restart exante on Sunday. It's a good day for me to measure as I've put 12lb on it just 2weeks in Turkey and need some realincentive to make sure I lose it all again!
 
Hi Lynne hope you had a great holiday. My weight gain was small but I was really strict with myself not even one glass of wine, I have a longer holiday in November where it will be very different :). I was astounded by the inch loss but with the exercise and lack of weight loss I knew something was changing as all the clothes were getting bigger. Good luck for next week we will all be there for you xx
 
Well time for the weekly update weighed in this morning at 197 so a 2lb loss this week making a grand total of 51lbs lost since starting this right at the end of May. So pleased :)
 
Hopped on the scales this morning on a whim and had lost another two pounds. Weighed in at 195lbs so 13st 13lbs can't remember when I was last in the 13's so pleased hurrah me!

Still on day 6 today but hey it won't be long now till I have my first weigh in. Hopefully, I'll also have some good news to share come Monday. :)

It's on Monday :) I'm so looking forward to it! :) I'm hoping to get rid of at least 5lbs. Fingers crossed x
 
Had a rubbish day today the first one really since I have been on exante. Been really tired and hormonal and just couldn't be bothered with any of it :( had managed to put back on 2lbs this morning which I know is just water retention but really!!! Anyway back on track tomorrow as I need to stay in the 13's and I am sooooo close to loosing 4 stone I can't mess it up now. On the plus side I finished week 6 of couch to 5k yesterday and managed to run non stop for 25 minutes at a speed of about 8 minutes per kilometer which isn't fast but is fast enough for me to feel really good about it. Tomorrow is another day and will kick off with a shake for breakfast and carry on from there. Hope everyone else had a great day and I will have one tomorrow x
 
You're right. You can't mess it up now. Be strong and you'll continue to do well. You're nearly there so don't ever give up!

It's been a really odd week have managed to put on 3 lbs although one of those was gone this morning. Been good on the diet but TOTM has been messing about very late so hope it's all just fluid. Have also been running more that always makes me smile as I try to imagine myself running at all three months ago :) in fact if still smile at the thought of me pounding the lanes at just over 14 stone I will probably be billed by the council for road damage at some point. Anyway I am going to write this week off, the good bit is I can now run two miles and am going to be red in the face and smug about that instead of the weight loss this week. Hope everyone else is having a great week xx
 
Hi Fiona. I wouldn't worry about the 3lb. You've been doing brilliantly and this is probably just water retention. Well done with the running - you've really kept to it. You'll be running the GNR like Shrimp before long!
 
Well I haven't posted on this for a while as the weight has stubbornly refused to shift again until this week. So back in the 13's as of today no idea what was going on had stuck to 100% but no movement at all. Darn body not being helpful! Fingers crossed it will stick in a good mood from now on ha ha
 
There seems to be a few of us who have hit a plateau at the moment. Well done for moving off yours! Hopefully we'll all follow like lemmings!
