Me too. I split my packs and go as long as poss before I have the first one. Then I pace myself throughout the evening, alternating with bouillion, coke zero etc so I never have to go too long without being able to have something and don't end up going to go to bed hungry.
Probably not the best way of doing things but I know that if I had my last pack at teatime I would spend all evening 'wanting' something (not through hunger just need) and might well end up having something I shouldn't. I know it is all in my head and that I should prob be addressing my issues but one step at a time.
